You are allowed 1 Bio Update or Bio Entry every month. The updates are only recommended if you have a lot to include like several trainings. DOn't update if you only have a couple things to include as that would be a waste of the moderator's time. You are allowed to have 2 bios but they have to be submitted separately by month.
i.e. If you submit this bio this month, then next month you can submit a new one. If you decide to drop one of those two, you will have to include a link to which bio you want to drop at the bottom of your new bio entry. However that must be done on another month if you didn't have anything to update that month.
You are allowed to have any specialty you want however make sure you follow the bio rules on what you can submit and other useful information.
