I'm actually fine with Jirobo's death because that's the moment that solidified Chouji as one of my favourite characters. Jirobo was maybe the cockiest one out of all of them, he hit Chouji's weak point when he called Chouji a fatass, ate his favourite thing and then insulted his friends. Chouji basically used a suicide technique against him so I feel like Chouji and maybe Neji deserved their victories as they barely survived and got very well-matched but Tayuya, Sakon/Ukon and Kidomaru got cheated and beaten by teen ninja weaker than themselves. Especially with the Sand Siblings BS. When Ukon got dragged into the puppet and Tayuya one-shotted I lost my investment in the arc.

In that case so were Naruto, Sasuke, Gaara, Neji and Lee in part 1 but we know that's not true don't we.

They went ON to become the beasts and the people running the manga today, and what this thread says and proves if you read it is that the 4 of them were just the same age as these guys and had the potential to go on to maybe be even stronger than them.

Gotta love how so many people are refusing this thread but quietly ignoring the fact that I put out there that Jirobo has more brute strength than A & Might Guy put together or that they could together be Killer Bee level.

I agree on everything but the fact that they could be kage level one day, well at least not on the level of a lot of the akatsuki members. Of course, Sakon+Ukon could. But a low one. If we count Kimimaro, if he was healthy he was already there. The only one who could've been on the level of Kisame was Kimimaro, possibly.

Also, people often forget that Naruto's age group at the time had a lot of chunin level and even a few jonin leveled genin.

Butterfly Mode Choji is obviously jonin level, Neji was too. Shikamaru, Kankuro, Kiba, and Temari were chunin level obviously, but together were jonin level.

Then, not trying to be EXTREMELY biased, but Kimimaro fought two jonin level kids and one chunin level kid with an illness.

P.s. If you want to make your thread better, mention the fact that Gaara was 13 at the time and became Kazekage at around 14. That will help you a lot.

When I first joined the forums, I felt the sound four, particularly their abilities, were underrated. There were people who said Kid Kakashi would stomp the sound four which was completely wrong.

However now I believe they are being immensely overrated. You have threads comparing them to high kage level shinobi and I just heard you say that as a team, they are on par with Killer Bee/Kisame which goes to prove how overrated they are.

Also the sound five wouldn't have gotten much stronger in Shippuden as they had already

Don't get me wrong, I really do believe a bunch of chunnin with jounin/Kage level abilities with good teamwork could give Killer Bee a good fight. The weakest member could literally throw the Hachibi. It shouldn't be immediately ruled out is all I'm saying. And that's a good scan but that WAS a big generalisation. Nice response.

Also don't associate me with that one guy who keeps making threads pitting them against minato and stuff, that's crazy.

Yeah, really. Maybe more Ay or a strong imperfect Jin like Roushi or Gaara. I honestly believe they're as much of a threat.

Have you read my Kidomaru VS Hidan thread? Kidomaru rapes and Hidan has no power in his arsenal that can even touch Kiddy.
