It's supposed to be unblockable, make it sharper, it's a sword, so you probably wouldn't have to add more chakra, that would just make it into a paddle, just try and focus more chakra into the edges and the point of the sword rather than evenly distributing it. Your probably still thinking of rasengan. This is an entirely different thing.

It'll only take one real try since you've done a few jutsu similar to this such as hurricane fist. All you have to do is rush wind chakra through your arms and then out of your hands in the form of a large wind blast.
