WHo has the intelligence and strength to solo Chibaku Tensei?

OK so my question is in a 1 v 1 vs Nagato if he got the Chibaku Tensei off who in NV, first has the intelligence to decipher the jutsu's weakness and realize an OP attack is necessary to destroy the black orb and 2nd who also possesses the ability to actually destroy it?

IMO:
So when it come to intellingence obviously Naruto is not on anybody's top 10 and he saw the attack twice and did not have an answer

Itachi IMO is top 5 on the intelligence board and he saw it once and knew what to be done so i think only the top tier could figure it out



When it comes to power: Maybe a EMS Sussano Enton Arrow???? Maybe?

Hashirama, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Obito, Edo Minato, Killer B can all deal with Chibaku Tensei but Killer B is the only one out of this list who can't defeat Nagato.

Bijuu Dama vaporizes Mountains and CT in its earliest stages is smaller than Mountains. Besides, everyone I mentioned can use multiple Bijuu Dama at once, and Naruto and Minato's is much stronger than the combo that busted Nagato's CT.

PS cuts distant Mountains, CT's orb gets cut. Shinsuusenju its stronger than that, it smashes CT.

Naruto has knowledge on how it works from both encounters, and he knows how to counter it from the second encounter. Not seeing why he can't do it by himself.

You never said that, now did you? Not like it has any impact on my answer. I said BM Naruto can destroy it, the first encounter he only had Sage Mode and wasn't friendly with Kurama.

Minato isnt beating Nagato either

I honestly still dont think naruto sasuke or killer bee could stop CT but they wouldnt figure it out (maybe just my inner fanboy)

Does it necessarily call for one to have intelligence to break a Jutsu/technique such as Chibaku Tensei? I doubt it. Kyuubi was proof of this. Kyuubi has shown that brute strength can overcome the mass compression. Naruto stated it. Itachi only deduce the Jutsu weakness having knowledge, provided by Naruto, of its creation which is the black orb.
