Why not? Its rather simple to figure out and Naruto already has intel, Itachi figured it out with a glance, while Sasuke isn't as good as Itachi in this area, I'm sure he'll be able to tell that the black orb is what is dragging him upwards. Killer B also has knowledge from the Edo Nagato fight.

I was just assuming that he know nothing of CT and this was his first time seeing it, My bad.

Ah, in that case maybe he'd be able to get Naruto and B, but they also have their Bijuu to help them out so I don't know. They should be able to figure it out by themselves but not early on, so that would mean Naruto would be the only one who could destroy it out of him and B since his firepower is far greater than the latters.

Does it necessarily call for one to have intelligence to break a Jutsu/technique such as Chibaku Tensei? I doubt it. Kyuubi was proof of this. Kyuubi has shown that brute strength can overcome the mass compression. Naruto stated it. Itachi only deduce the Jutsu weakness having knowledge, provided by Naruto, of its creation which is the black orb.

Besides, Kakashi doesn't need to "concentrate", really - small objects like that can be kamuied by just looking at them in a fraction of a second.

@Bold, that's complete speculation and can't really be proven.
Chibaku Tensei begins pulling in objects the moment it leaves the Rinnegan user's hands, the pull just increases as it's distance increases.

Not really.
Kakashi's Kamui even against human-sized objects is so fast that a Sharingan user a meter away is not able to see it.
It would take a hater to assume a kunai-sized object will for some reason require more time to warp.

Naruto, Itachi and Bee, after Chibaku Tensei was cast, had still time to discuss strategy and explain the workings behind the technique and the orb was still visible. The only way Kakashi isn't kamuing this stuff is if you restrict Kamui.
