So, I'm currently trying to get many dope albums to enjoy these upcoming days and I wanted to ask you guys suggestions, or opinions.

I currently have;
  • Drake - Nothing was the same
  • Trey Songz - Chapter V
  • John Legend - Love in the future
  • Big sean - Hall of fame
  • Jay Z - Magna Carta
  • Kanye west - Yeezus
If you suggest me something, just post it here with your opinion on why to download it. ^_^

Albums I recommend: Good Kid Maad City, Section .80, Cole World: Sideline Story, The Eminem Show, Marshall Mathers LP 1 and 2, Man on the Moon 1 and 2, Born Sinner, Overly Dedicated, College Dropout.

All of these are real Hip Hop, none of that fake Young Money shit and realer than most of what you have listed.

Judging from your list, I think you'd like some Lupe Fiasco, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar.

Lupe Fiasco: Food and Liquor, L.A.S.E.R.S, The Great American Rap Album
J. Cole: Friday Night Lights, Cole World: Sideline story, Born Sinner
Kendrick Lamar: Section 80, Good kid m.a.a.d city

You can never go wrong with any Eminem either.

For R & B, you should check out Frank Ocean.

Edit: Kanye's old stuff was the shit, much better than Yeezus IMO.

Except for Encore. We don't really talk about Encore.

Encore wasn't that bad for me but it wasn't Eminem's best. Even still though, Eminem on Encore is still better than half the crap that gets to be considered "hip-hop" these days so it's still worth mentioning

OT: Nas! Can't believe I forgot him in my first post, you could also check out Illmatic and Stillmatic.

Thanks y'all, but no offence, it's just me I guess... but I hate Eminiems voice, it annoys me... his lyrics is dope tho. Can't even spell his name, many of my friends tell me that I'm drunk or just retarded for not liking his music.

The albums you listed are all pretty good. It's kind of hard to get a feel for what you like though because no two things on it are similar except that they are all newer albums and mainstream. So I guess some decent mainstream and newer albums would be:

G.K.M.C - Kendrick Lamar
Born Sinner- J. Cole
Game-Jesus Piece
Channel Orange- Frank Ocean
B.O.A.T II- 2 Chainz (If you like him as a rapper though, I only like a few of his songs)
Watch The Throne- JayZ/Kanye
Trouble Man- T.I.
The Weeknd
20/20 Experience - Justin Timberlake
My Name is My Name -Pusha T
God Forgives, I Don't -Rick Ross
Fortune -Chris Brown
Gifted -Wale

If you want stuff with a little more time under their belt, you could alway do anything Jay-Z or Kanye related. Pac or Biggie. Common was pretty dope back in the day, especially his albums "BE" and "Finding Forever". Look up some Lauren Hill. And you might even like Alicia Keys and Beyonce

I've been grown up with Alicia keys, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Witney Houston thanks to my mom, so it's kind of a thing that I'm used to and still listen to to be honest.
