First of all, let's set aside those hate for a certain character. I know there are lots of haters here. Let's just contribute whatever idea we can come up with. I would like to give my thought on why FTG seal was created and why chakra transfer technique is deadly with FTG. Please read and no hating!
術式, Jutsu-Shiki
To activate FTG, the user places a special seal or "technique formula" (術式, jutsu-shiki) to mark an intended destination. After this is done, they can enter a dimensional void at will that instantaneously transports them to the location of the seal
All of us knows how FTG works and what was needed to perform this technique. What we know is that they needed a jutsu shiki/FTG seal to teleport. If I have to ask everybody why jutsu shiki/FTG seal was created then I bet everybody will say
jutsu-shiki is needed to perform FTG
Not exactly. Saying jutsu-shiki is needed to perform FTG is like saying Minato and Tobirama can't teleport without it which we all know is not true
.Minato and Tobirama can teleport without jutsu-shiki
Yes. Both Minato and Tobirama can use FTG without the use of jutsu-shiki. This was already proven
.It only works on something that either I or my chakra are touching in some way------Minato

Now we know that the real issue here about using FTG is not the seal but the chakra of the user. Obviously, without their chakra touching in some way, they can't teleport to their destination or teleport something but they can use FTG even without seals.
Why FTG seal was created
Why FTG seal was created when they can teleport without it? What was the real purpose behind it's creation? At this point, most of you perhaps are asking these questions. So, what's really the deal with this FTG seal?
Here's my take on this: Minato and Tobirama can teleport to wherever their chakra is touching but in real battle, how can they attach their chakra to their target? Remember that they can't teleport if they are not in contact or their chakra is not in contact with the target. Is using FTG this way really possible in actual battle? NO! So how can they teleport to their enemy if they can't attach their chakra?
They can still teleport to their target but it will take time. I believe that before seals were created, they know that they can use chakra transfer technique and mould the transferred chakra in order to adapt it to another person's specific chakra type. This was proven when Minato use his chakra to teleport the alliance and Tobirama using Minato as the link to teleport to a specific target.
Both Minato and Tobirama can use chakra transfer technique and mould it to adapt to another person's specific chakra type as shown below

So how easy is this chakra transfer? Well, Naruto was able to transfer his chakra but he needed to be close to his target

How effective is this chakra transfer in real battle? Not as effective as using FTG seal. Why? Simply because chakra transfer needs a little amount of time and perhaps some concentration
.It's safe now to assume that the FTG seal was created so the caster can place his chakra on the target by just touching it. The chakra is SEALED and automatically adopts to a person chakra type without the need of chakra moulding or seal the users chakra if they are touching a thing. This is time consuming and can be practically use in real battle.
This chakra transfer thing is deadly when used with FTG. Why? Even a clone of Minato and Tobirama can use FTG and mark their opponent. If the opponent uses shadow clones then once they mark that clone they can potentially use chakra transfer technique to transfer their chakra to the other clones or to the original because the clones and the original are sharing the same chakra or once the clone disperses, chakra is being returned to the original thus the original is already marked.

FTG is too OP due to the use of chakra transfer technique..
