The shape on Juugo's hand is not a permanent shape which can be related to Juubi in some way.
Juugo himself formed that shape by manipulating his Senjutsu chakra on his own flesh. He did that so as to suck out Kabuto's flesh.
It is like you throw a stone into a river which creates circles around the point of dip.

Apart from dat..lets assume dat this shape appears when jugo absorbs senjutsu!

Preety good theory and you have some good arguments. However I would like to point out Juugo didn't create Zetsu as you suggested but actually forced them out of Sasuke's body. They were already existed in him because of Obito. Also, I don't think that you explained sufficiently the connection between the gunbai and natural chakra. Can you elaborate a bit?

- Kabuto's mention of the cave was in regards to learning the Dragon Sage Mode.
- He simply utilized Juugo's ability to absorb Natural Energy without any hitch, as Juugo seems to do so.

- Gunbai seems to be more along the lines of a compact Mirror Yata than anything else. If you recall the manga, you would remember that Orochimaru wanted Sword Totsuka, which would mean it must have had a physical form. It leads me to believe that there must be one for Mirror Yata as well. Probably something like Gunbai.

It's something Kishimoto has utterly forgotten just like many other things. So we would never know. But, I do thing Itachi probably got his hands on this or some weapon along these lines.

Gunbai is different from yata mirror..yata mirror repels all the elemental attacks and gunbai repels the attack only when the user's chakra is chanelled through it! this is according to databook!

1. The effect in Juugo's palm cannot really be considered as a symbol since it appears whenever he want to use his technique. Making it a symbol seems farfetched to say the least.

2. The symbols on Madara's Gunbai are just the same as the tomoe of the Sharingan, which are also the same as the curse seal mark. In addition, Madara has six on his Gunbai suggesting that the weapon belong to the sage of six paths. Moreover, the tomes are actually the same thing as the symbol of the fire country in a darkened version.

3. Saying that someone is connected to Juubi is same as not giving any new intel because we know everyone is connected to Juubo.

4. While I think your theory is overstated, I am positive that Ryuchidu is a power to respect. However, I think it is a den of bad guys. They may have been opposed to the So6P.

Dude check the comments above u..ur questions have been answered..and about the gunbai symbol..the symbol on it is opposite of the sharingan tomoes not like the sharingan tomoes!

Actually, that is a common misinterpretation of Yata Mirror. According to the databook it simply alters the 'Attributes' of the attacks. Attributes means properties. They could be elemental or non-elemental. The properties/attribute of the attack is altered or changed, rendering it useless. This is exactly what Gunbai did as well. It literally made that mini-TBB blow back in Naruto's face.
