I do not believe Sasuke is top ten, but that is because my top ten list is rather different then other top ten lists. I said nothing silly in that post, your silly reading skills were what made you to misinterpret my post. I stated Not that he created FTG, and then went on to say 'can use:.....' which means I wasn't caring for the fact he created the rasengan, hence why I claimed he can use it along with others.
