Kakashi can be wrong, he isnt perfect, he makes deductions based on observations, how can he assume the amount of chakra that itachi used when he's never seen the actual amount afterwards? There is no telltale way & the sharingan can see the powerful chakra build up in itachi's eye.

Yin = spiritual energy, NOT genjutsu. Uchiha utilize yin chakra through their eyes, susanoo is a manifestation of spiritual energy, which is yin chakra. The definition of spiritual energy is the ability to create form from nothingness, yang is the ability to breathe life into form.
Chidori, katon, & those elemental nature jutsus are not the same thing as pure chakra, they are chakra with nature manipulation which can be translated as physical energy. Susanoo is simply chakra, nothing more or less.
Amaterasu is simply chakra too, chakra that is powerful enough to burn through anything.

That just simply means they are the most skilled and strongest people to use those aspects of techniques in that area because of what they inherited from their ancestors.

Powerful chakra is why susanoo & amaterasu can burn & tank pretty much anything. They are powerful eye techniques, however uchiha (since their dojutsu only incorporates yin chakra) have a considerable amount of it. Their overall chakra reserves are normal though (which means that katon, raiton, etc all take the same amount of chakra as usual). Senju on the other hand simply have massive amounts of chakra, which is why they need SM in order to create enormous jutsus.
You once said Madara can use PS because he has powerful chakra. You're basically saying that powerful chakra is same as large chakra which is not. Powerful means strength, large means volume/supply. Madara can use PS because he has a large supply of chakra.

Obito praised kakashi for his observation as well, the observation being that obito couldnt use the paths because he was spending too much chakra on controlling the bijuu. If this were true then why is was obito still able to produce juubi level attacks? Thus kakashi was wrong in his deduction.

If you add more chakra to a jutsu then it becomes stronger & larger. However if you only add yin chakra to a jutsu, then it only becomes more powerful. Yin is powerful spiritual energy, therefore anything with more yin will become more powerful, while yang will increase its size & grant vitality.
Itachi's tsukuyomi is so powerful because it incorporates powerful chakra. Powerful chakra is dense so when it builds up it can be mistaken for a lot. Powerful jutsus depend on powerful yin chakra which is why the sharingan can produce the strongest genjutsus, & break free of basic genjutsus. It is their powerful spiritual energy which allows them to do so.
So finally, kakashi assumed that a large amount of chakra was needed because he saw itachi's build up of yin chakra, which is more dense & costs less (which I will explain later) than regular chakra. First of all, there is yin chakra & there is yang chakra, spiritual & physical energies. Yin energy creates form from nothingness, while yang energy breathes life into form. Yin is what susanoo is mostly made out of, spiritual energy.
Yang on the other hand is physical energy & vitality. Mokuton is also physical energy & vitality, the juubi proves this because he is physically made out of mokuton. We know that the juubi is yin & yang so that means the mokuton must be its physical energy, while the chakra its spiritual energy. Btw yes the juubi's chakra is its yin because its an 8:2 black & white ratio, so bijuudamas mostly incorporate yin chakra.

That's right, kabuto's muki tensei is a form of yang release, similar to how susanoo is a form of yin release. Kabuto explains what muki tensei does, & it sounds exactly like what I'm describing. He gives life to a form without any life, & he doesnt just use his chakra to do it either. Why? because chakra is both physical(yang) & spiritual(yin) as you said, which means that muki tensei utilizes physical energy by breathing life into it. & The fact that this is a sage jutsu also cements my point.
Why does SM increase the body's capabilities? Why does SM give the user more chakra? These are both attributes of yang, SM increases yang abilities & not to mention you need to be somewhat aligned with yang in order to perfect the techniue as well (massive amounts of chakra, proper body).
So in conclusion, physical energy & mokuton go hand & hand, mokuton & the elements go hand & hand, so that means the elements & physical energy must also go hand & hand. That's what I meant... Kurama's yang reacted to the mokuton thus bringing it to life. Yin & yang together wouldnt do that. This is proof that yang breathes life into form, nothing more, or less. You keep saying that susanoo is yin & yang because all ninjutsu incorporates it, well susanoo is not your basic ninjutsu. Susanoo is yin release which uses yin chakra in order to create form from nothingness.
Just like how yang brings life into form, yin creates form from nothing (susanoo, ama, genjutsu). Yang does absolutely nothing except for bringing life into the form that was already there (as proven by kabuto/naruto).
& The elder son was specifically stated to have powerful chakra & spiritual energy. While the younger son only has life force & physical energy. The younger son has no "powerful" chakra because yang is not powerful chakra. Yin is used for quality & power, while yang is used for quantity & size. Never said that, hashi's yang overwhelms his yin. & so he is able to produce living, physical jutsus to such an extent. Sasuke's yin overwhelms his yang, & so he is able to manifest powerful, spiritual entities to such an extent. Yin is potent chakra, & so it can be used more efficiently. Producing a large susanoo almost completely out of yin chakra is easier to do than producing a susanoo out of regular chakra. Regular chakra costs more because it possesses twice the amount. Yin chakra is half that & so it logically requires less.
The more powerful your chakra, the more effeciently you can produce it. The more yin madara has, the larger he can create his susanoo without experiencing extreme chakra loss.

Not necessarily... They are different but strikingly similar at the same time. Madara can use PS because PS is mostly made up of yin chakra. Madara is able to produce large amounts of yin chakra because he is efficient with his yin chakra use. Yin chakra is also half the amount of regular chakra & therefore costs less to cast. You may think that having a large susanoo means that madara also has a large amount of chakra but you would be wrong if you came to that conclusion.
If EMS madara's regular ninjutsu was on a massive scale, then you would be able to say he has a large supply. But no, he can only produce yin chakra on that scale because yin costs less than normal & its more powerful than normal (otherwise he'd be spamming hashi with juubi sized katons).

I proved this wrong above, yin release =/= yin chakra. yin release is the utilization of yin chakra. You can use yin chakra to perform genjutsu, but it can also be used to produce form from nothing, albeit strictly spiritual.
Amaterasu is spiritual, it is a physical attack however it possesses no physical energy (it is not an element like mokuton), & it has not been given any form of life. Therefore it does not utilize more yang than yin but rather the opposite, if it even utilizes any yang at all.

I need the scan where it says that sasuke & madara have huge amounts of chakra. Sasuke may have decent chakra levels but his mangekyou jutsus cost less because the power/efficiency of his yin chakra makes up for it.
