Description: After the user has absorbed a jutsu using inhaling maw he will channel it outside of his body to create a dark purple misty shroud around the users body. By doing this he is able to send all his chakra through the shroud before it turns into a jutsu. This technique empowers all wind lightning and fire techniques used by the user by +10. It works by as the chakra is channeled outside of the body into a technique, the raw chakra hits the shroud and has extra dark chakra added to it, then as it is released as a jutsu is has the regular raw chakra plus the dark chakra inside it making it slightly stronger. The downside to this shroud is that all Earth and Water jutsu Used by the user also lose +10 damage upon being used.
Restrictions
Can only be used three times per battle
Lasts 3 turns
After it deactivates the user cannot use it for 2 more turns
Can only be taught by Delta

Description: The user will begin by making 2 handseals and then channel chakra into the opponent, mainly focussing on the inner ear. Once the genjutsu is in place the user will trigger the sensory inside the opponents inner ear causing him to believe the ground beneath his has started to shake. At first it is only a mild tremous enough to make one stumble, but this genjutsu works by, the more the opponent tries to stabilise himself the greater the shaking becomes. Inside the genjutsu as the opponent is trying to keep stable the ground will shake more violently with every attempt the opponent makes making it harder and harder to keep their balance causing them to keep stumbling all over the place essentially losing control of their body. Outside of the genjutsu the opponent will be stumbling around due to the affect the genjutsu has on the inner ear, except the symptoms are not as severe as inside the genjutsu. Inside the genjutsu the opponent will be unable to control their bodily movements making them stumble uncontrollably, while outside the genjutsu it would be a small stumble to the left and right making the opponents body unable to keep its center of gravity. The user is still able to see the world as it is and none of this other senses apart from his balance are affected.

(Suiton: Dekisui Kiri) Water Style: Drowning Mist

Description: The user will begin by channeling his chakra into mist surrounding the area(or alternatively using the Hidden mist jutsu) having it surround the opponent. The by weaving three handseals the user will cause the mist condense amongst itself and stick to the air particals in the air surrounding the opponent. By doing this it makes it so that everytime the opponent breathes in he will be inhaling condensed mist which will stick inside his lungs staying dormant for three turns. On the third turn the user will weave another handseal causing the mist to expand inside the opponent filling his lungs with a small quantity of water. This is enough to send the opponent into a coughing fit making him unable to react or attack for a period of time. The water inside the lungs isnt enough to drown the opponent but enough to make him unable to attack while he is suffering from the water inside his lungs.

Mist must be in play wether it is natural occuring(like the Kirigakure borderlands) or through use of a jutsu
Can only be used three times per battle
Lasts 3 turns before the mist stops entering the opponents lungs

Declined Cannot allow this. Its very unreasonable and extremely exploitable. And without a Doujutsu, Sensory or any Medical Ninjutsu you cannot survive this.
