at :24 is that the guy from the Lord of the Rings and Lost? That was in Xmen Origins Wolverine? If so what role is he playing in this movie? If not who is it? It looks like either him or the character who played Iceman(who I know has a role in this story line assuming the movie stayed accurate to the source)

Hmm, looks nice. I hope it won't be as bad as the initial trilogy. So much potential compared to the cartoons that I felt it went away. Only the wolverine movies were cool and the last one, cant remember the name right now.
Anyway, it gave me goosebumps as well. I just hope it will be a cool movie.

Yeah , 1 & 2 were good , 3 was a mistake & it ruined a lot of things , the cartoons the good one was the one in the 90's tho , not any of the ones after that & yeah same here goosebumps , did you see the first class movie ? .........that was an awesome movie , you should check it out .
Same , I don't know much about the story , but from what I've read from the comic book fans , this story is really awesome .

Yes, First class, that was the one I wasn't reminding the name.
I considered them all 3 equally bad if you ask me. The potential of action could've been higher if you compare them to the 90's cartoons. Especially if we look at Storm. I personally dislike very much what they did with her character in the movies. And I would've preferred the 90's Rogue variant too.
I like Wolverine also, but I don't know, it irks me the fact that all the emphasis is put on him, while there are a lot of other characters out there that should be expanded upon.
I, especially, am very fond of Storm's character... and the character development she undergoes while written by Claremont, is beautiful. But, sadly, in the movies they don't quite care.
A lighting here and there it's not what storm can do, she can do much more than that. Hell, she was the only one able to host Dark Phoenix in the comic series. If I recall correctly not even Jean could've done that. She was just able to host Light Phoenix, but Dark Phoenix is another matter.
But meh, anyway. Let's hope this one will be as good as First Class and the Wolverine movies.

It is one of the best X-Men stories & coming off of the Phoenix Saga that just happened a few issues before. It was the 1st alternate future story in X books so it was very different then anything before it.
& it isn't like today where the storylines are told to the public months before it comes out. Back then you just got the next issue & you saw this amazing cover with Logan & Kitty with there backs against the wall with the pictures of the other X-Men having the words Slain across them.
For me I am a huge X fan & this trailer looks great. There a lot of difference from the comic story but that's to be expected. & I honestly hope the ending of this movie will result in a soft reboot so don't have to fallow the story of the 1st movies.
