Alright, Neilson, give me a few days and I will group you with another person in full 3T training.
Now, I'm more into theoretical work regarding Sharingan genjutsu teaching, so you can roleplaay you performing this on a clone of mine, but for each jutsu, I want you to explain it in your own words as well as any questions you have. That being said, let's begin!

Pretty epic, this is useful in battles when a genjutsu has been placed upon you. The only issue I have with it is that it states the various levels it can be used at, yet Sharingan genjutsu can only be learned at 3 Tomoe level, making 1T and 2T parts pointless. Anyway, this is good for reversing any genjutsu placed upon you, once you discover you are trapped within a genjutsu ofc. As this is 3T training, your Sharingan will be able to reverse up to A ranked and below illusions and cast the enemy themselves under their own illusion.
Should you enter short range of a foe and they fail to keep their eyes off your's, then this is an ideal jutsu to use if you intend to capture your enemy. Causing them to fall asleep while still thinking they are awake, you can effectively kidnap them if used properly and in conjunction with other jutsus.
The first is one is clear and the technique it's pretty cool don't get me wrong but once you use it you're opponent should tell that he has been placed under a illusion since it would be the same one as the one he used on me.
The second one is cool, I like it but how would you use it if you can't really describe how your opponent is looking at your eyes? I mean normally when people fight they make eye contact I know but my opponent could argue the fact that he never stated that he was looking at my eyes. Things like that cause arguments and shizz, other than that I understand this one as well.

First one - Is basically a reverse jutsu for genjutsu. Being that the sharingan can help you discover being in visual genjutsus faster this jutsu can be used at fast reaction. Though as Kuroh said your opponent should be able to tell their genjutsu got reversed really fast.
Second one - This is a nice jutsu giving you the advantage to put your opponent to sleep and then quickly attack them right after. Also if you and your opponent are in short range and they forget to state that they do not make eye contact with you, this jutsu can be used making it hard for them to break out.

Blake, as you no longer have a Sharingan bio, you no longer are able to undergo Sharingan training and, as per training rules, can't teach 3T anymore either without a Sharingan bio (though technically you shouldnt have any 3T students as you're not finished yet either lol).
And that's the catch with most Sharingan genjutsu; they require eye contact and should they mention how they do not look at your eyes, they aren't effected.

You seen the Butterfly genjutsu? It's pretty much the same thing. Works best if you use the clone handseal before you set the genjutsu. It was recently revamped to increase the range to make it more practical in usage. ^^

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Uchiha clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes, the Uchiha can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing.
Note: Can only be used with 3 tomoe sharingan
Possibly, the best Sharingan genjutsu there is. its used to make pretty much any genjutsu the user wishes "given that it's logical enough" through eye contact, yes, any genjutsu you want can be done by this technique, it doesn't mean posting a technique, only using your imagination to create a genjutsu, it doesn't mean that you have to use a cannon genjutsu through eye contact, the technique itself is a genjutsu, but the condition to meet for it is hard, which is mutual eye contact. The usage for this technique can vary, given that there are different types of genjutsu, it can be used as one to deceive your opponent, or paralyze them using chains or similar means, it can go as far as to control your opponent's movements and force them to do something "one of the Sharingan genjutsu's abilities", which is why custom Sharingan genjutsu is banned from submission, this technique compensates for that.

Continuing since my Madara bio is still approved
1) Can be easily confused when the user does do the clone hand sign. Since its basically faking the clone explosion it will be hard for the opponent to tell if they are in genjutsu. Best used when faking clones or of you do make clones and use this jutsu right after so your opponent thinks there are more then what you made and you clones can attack while you use this.
2) Probably the best Sharingan Genjutsu since anything can be made. If you used the S rank version and make it where your opponent is paralyze then its gonna be hard for them to break out since its S rank. This jutsu can be used to make genjutsu which will be hard for the opponent to know its genjutsu right away.

So this is basically placing your opponent in a genjutsu were he sees the clones that detonate but in reality it's just explosive kunais and like you said by performing the hand seal it should seem more real. And it's good that you can use it mid range, no one want's to get caught in the explosion. ~.~
2. Finally, I've been waiting to learn this technique for a while now. Thanks to this technique you don't really need to make genjutsu customs since it allows you to place your opponent in any illusion. You can take advantage of the terrain, paralyze and make your opponent do something like stab themselves.

A variation of the above, Itachi performed this in the anime and it was unnamed at the time, just known as an unspecified generic Sharingan genjutsu. This is one of the various jutsus they used. Looking at the foe's eyes, you trap them in this genjutsu where they believe their limbs are paper and as such, are scared to move their bodies much due to this fear.

Description: This is an advanced Sharingan technique the user traps the enemy in an illusion without any eye contact, similar to Ephermal. The Genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the users mercy.
One of the most useful ones, it doesn't require eye contact, but instead a general understanding of where your enemy is, can be done through senses or a clear line of sight. I can't find the exact scene it was found in the anime, but I have a picture of it below. Under the picture is a varied usage of it by Itachi in a game. It can be seen at 1:43 - 1:54.

1. I think I remember this jutsu and it's pretty clear tho it would be more believable if the user performs a couple of hand seals. That way your opponent doesn't use the hand seals excuse.
2. This one is pretty clear also, it's just crows blocking your opponent's sight. So as long as I can my opponent I should be able to place him in this illusion. So if my opponent isn't visible but I can sense him knowing his location this genjutsu should still work correct?

2. Yes, if you have some form of sensory that allows you to pinpoint an enemies exact location then yes.
