What is also obvious is that EVERYONE gets that Obito was indicating Sakura when the joke stated "redhead".

However it seems to be less obvious to you that the reason everyone is bringing up the pink/red thing is because it is very anti-climactic for a joke's punch line to refer to someone by using an incorrect description which incidentally can be accurately used as a reference for someone else (i.e. Karin).

If you can't even detect heavy sarcasm, please don't bother trying to belittle others.
