i just remembered something about oro and his hands..if he did know about the mask..why did he beg tsunade's help to heal his hands coz he could've just used the mask to retrieve his hands soul?? Or he only knew that lately..can anyone make it clear??

Well Tsunade needed to be introduced to the series somehow. As jiraya mentioned her I guess Kishi chose to involve Orochimaru as well to also introduce the sannin as a whole. So I guess the hands thing was the best we he thought he could have brought them all in the same place.
He also probably needed someone for her to fight.
I'm still confused as to how oro was confident Tsunade could heal his hands. Especially considering what happened to them.

kabuto can perform hand seals for him remember?? =)..or just look at this

as you can see from that chapter he did not even use hand seals to recover his arms..he just put on the mask and boom that happened..
Well he should have known that, yet he went to her, kabuto also being a medic he did not go to him. Which would make me believe there was somethign special about Tsunade as to why he figured she could. It's one of those things that will probably not be explained anyways. So ill just leave it to my first point as the whole thing being plot to introduce Tsunade.
If i were to hazard a guess i would say maybe she knows something similar to chiyo.

Yea because they were sealed more than injured.. So Tsunade would have to find some way to undo the sealing of the Reaper Death Seal in order to retrieve his arms back.. But I think Kishimoto just made it up as it went Im confused on that part
