Just re-read the chapter for better analysis when stumbled upon this...

Like the title states, who's he talking to? Marines because they are waiting and im pretty sure they sent more than just Maynard to infiltrate the tournament ?


Jimbei? [ mentioned Jimbei because we saw him holding a newspaper of when doflamingo lied about quitting Perhaps it was a foreshadow that Jimbei might be wanting to help Luffy more through Hack

Also, when was Hack was introduced Jinbei name came up in the tournament as well

He is talking to whoever is against Doflamingo. So most probably fishmen ; revolutionaries or a pirate crew.

He might be working for the Marines or straight for the World Government.

He might be a Sun Pirate working for Jinbei.

He might be a former Sun Pirate working for one of the countries that is at war and noticed Joker's double standards.

He might be working for Kaidou who is afraid that his supply of SAD might be severed or that he is just sick of doing it via Joker and wants to produce the SAD himself.

Dressrosa won't be destroyed. Doflamingo will die (hopefully). I see the Riku family taking power again.

I tbh, cannot see this happening. He is a fishman if anything, fishman hate humans and wouldnt be an underling of an human emperor U_U

He says this because Big Mam is protecting Fishman Island and Hack is most probably the second strongest fishman alive (after Jinbe) , so he's probably working FOR her ; he seems honorable so I wouldn't be surprised if he's doing it to show his gratitude.

I see what your saying , it sorta makes sense to me...

But i don't think he is the 2nd strongest fishman after Jimbei. Remember this fella from Shirohige's crew?

Third then. Namur didn't seem to impressive though , some of the commanders were no stronger than Pre TS Luffy

I thought Namur 3rd(in relation to yo Hack is #2 post) coz Hack used Yosenmaigawara senken(4 000tile true punch) and Jinbei Gosenmaigawara(5 000) so Hack to me is very close to Jimbei though if Namur knows gaijin karate and to what level is unkown so any can speculate as they want.
