His high stamina/chakra reserves would be his second greatest attribute which is what he uses to enhance his speed. Maybe if we saw A use that monstrous reserve for more powerful attacks, like the 3rd did I could reconsider his position in this match up. I agree A without his lightning armour is probably high jounin.
