I mean the only thing Minato lacks compared to Naruto is sage mode. Other than that, Minato has a ton of jutsu, including many kinds of sealing, you name it plus that he has the bijju mode. So I think Kishi must do sth about Naruto's arsenal especially sealing jutsu

Kurama is simple naruto's power. For the fact that he is nesting him he should use his powers. And by far naruto has surpassed his father. Minato only got FTG some few rasengans but naruto with senin mode alone is something higher. Naruto's link to kurama is stronger than that of edo minato. So in every way naruto is way better than minato, if only he could have hiraishin no jutsu then you would see reasons.
