First of all, Bm Minato wasn't something Minato alive could do. Km, is debatable, seeing how he defeated Kurama.

Secondly, Minato has ftg, rasengan, summoning jutsu, and a sealing jutsu.

Naruto has sage mode, wind style, rasengan variants, summoning jutsu, shadow clones, etc.

Bsm>Bm Minato.

Bsm>>>>Alive Km Minato.

Naruto can't be greater than Minato at this point but he will be at the end. If they were to fight, Minato takes this. Remember that Kurama is part of Naruto because of Minato's seal. Without that seal, you will get base Naruto. One touch from Minato and that seal is gone.

Minato's ST barrier is too OP. His FTG is too OP. Even with Kurama, there is no offensive jutsu in Naruto's arsenal that can penetrate ST barrier because Naruto's strongest jutsu that kurama can give is the TBB and that is childs play to Minato's ST barrier. Well, Kurama's chakra boosts his speed but Minato also is a speed god and with FTG with him which is instant, Naruto can't lay a hand on him.
