I honestly don't understand why so many people on here feel the need to bash characters. For instance, I don't really like Sasuke all that much but, that is mainly because of Kishimoto spending to much effort on trying to make him look cool while trying to make Naruto look like a fool.
I don't like Obito that much either because I think he couldn't accept a fundamental part of life. Where there is life, there is death. He comes off as weak minded to me because of his spiral downwards from Rin's death. But I can't really judge him now can I? I have no idea what it's like to feel like I'm in love with a girl, save her only to save my best friend and get crushed underneath a boulder for it. Give up one of my eyes for said best friend and then find myself somehow alive, rescued by a creepy old man, and then find said girl I'm supposedly in love with having the lightning infused fist of my best friend through her heart.
And then there's Sakura. I like her quite a bit in Shippuden and after the time skip, but still I'll always hold a bit of ire for her character because of her actions towards Naruto in part 1. She spent quite a while basically abusing and demeaning him. And I know that it's supposed to be for comedic effect, but it rubs me the wrong way and has left me hating part 1 Sakura.
But I wouldn't make up threads just to bash other characters. I wouldn't make threads to declare that since my favorite character is Naruto, he must be the best in the entire series and he's a solo-king and all that crap. I honestly can't fathom why people on this forum are that childish that they would dedicate entire threads to bashing and hating on cartoon characters.
People say Sakura is fodder and useless? The hell are they talking about? Because I'm quite sure, that eve if she is a fictional character that she could kill any of us with a freaking finger flick. So honestly, does this forum have a giant batch of 12 year old's cruising around this forum spouting their immaturity or are the actual older majority of this forum really that sad and pathetic?
