I added Pein because it seemed like he was suppose to be the final villian, Orochimaru (according the the myth) was meant to be killed by Jirayah and Tsunade. Tsunade saved herself, Katsuyu said that she could've put her back together, Tsunade did all the work Karin did nothing but provide fuel for her recovery.

She is talking about tsunade cause she explained in a previous comment why oro should die by Jirayia and Tsunade (according to the myth.) + actually she is also right that Katsuya could have stitched her up again but she wanted to use her chakra to keep the other kages alive. so basically she did more shit then suigetsu and Karin.
