And tell me how can Orochimaru outsmart current Naruto please?.

I said generally which means in most of the times.

Since Oro has a new Senju body and the use of his arms I think he will definitely become a major threat.If Sasuke was wary of fighting a handless Orochimaru can you imagine the jutsu Oro can now use since regaining his arms?

Regardless, Orochimaru was a main villian in P1 Naruto and major villain around the beginning of Shippuden. Orochimaru besides Obito has been a villian for too long. Villians who stayed for too long don't become a final villain, and in Orochimaru's case, he is currently weak compared to Naruto. Its bad writing and obvious that Orochimaru will not become a final villian.

As much as I want him to be the final villian I'm scared Madara will be defeated because of some Power of Friendship BS.Orochimaru is one of the few villains so far that has remained consistently evil so it's likely he will be the last villian in the series.
