Where is it stated that susanoo drains chakra like V1/V2 mode?
Kurama compared their chakra, kurama said that sasuke's was sinister like madara's but that doesnt mean that he has lots of chakra, so this is completely irrelevant.
Wrong, obito needs to produce the same amount of fire that madara did in order to match it. Obito isnt creating fire out of nothingness, it needs to come from somewhere, namely his mouth.
Kakashi was talking about Itachi's Tsukuyomi and how much chakra it uses up. No Kakashi doesn't speculate because his Sharingan allows him to see chakra. He knows if Jutsu uses up too much chakra because chakra supply would disappear.
Powerful /=/ size. How can you use something large if you don't have the supply but rather the strength. So no. Its big because they put huge amount of chakra into the jutsu to make it big not because its strong. Itachi was stated to have low stamina NOT low chakra. His Susanoo size says so.
No it isn't. Obito was seen that his kamui doesn't effect because he has Senju strong body to withstand the strain. Sasuke's body is Uchiha and he cant withstand it.

its simple science dude if he spin his fireball jutsu its expand to cover larger area, he makes more size with mangekyo,

Interesting I don't remember seeing this for some reason, but that doesn't matter. However, I'm still trying to understand whether you are implying that this is on a scale with Madara's or Itachi's. If you are claiming it's on a scale with Madara's then I disagree, if you are saying it's on the same or higher level then Itachi's then I would probably agree to your point. The area of effect is larger but the damage is lower to a single person. It's the same but with less force(damage) per square inch on a single person (hypothetically), or however you would like to put it. Reason is logical, didn't add fire, simply changed its route.

chakra isn't yin or yang it's spiritual energies combined with physical energies it just depends on how much spiritual energies or physical energies to add to make it either yin or yang chakra
