This and the EMS awakening new ocular doujutsu were the only things stated in the manga; anything else is fan speculation.
No, it allows one to not suffer from blindness/pain while using MS jutsus, thus making it seem like it gives more.

It doesn't even need to be stated...? Before EMS Sasuke could use like 2 ameterasu's and susanoo for like 5 minutes. After it he can use it for a whole battle and only need to be recharged once?
At first, I thought it only decreases chakra usage and takes away blindless. (I.E: Excessive bleeding from Amaterasu with only MS, while less-no bleeding occur with EMS). It may also increase chakra possibly from fusion between Itachi's and Sasuke's Power. hmm
Think about how long Itachi had susanoo up. He had it until he died, literally right before he collapsed.
Also, sasuke went blind due to MS use yet still had the chakra to perform regular jutsus such as chidori.
These lead me to conclude that MS jutsus arent chakra costly but rather they take a toll on the users stamina/eyesight. Thus making it seem like they can't do much.

Susanoo or any MS jutsu is not chakra costly compared to other jutsus such as katon/raiton.
Susanoo is a product of yin chakra which is said to be powerful spiritual energy, this is why madara's susanoo is large because he was said to have the most powerful chakra in the entire clan.

]Tsukuyomi counterpart is Amatersu. Susanoo is made from user's chakra and considering Itachi's susanoo is comparable to Orochimaru's 8 snakes in size then Susanoo uses up an extreme amount of chakra.
They take too much toll because not only Uchiha don't have body withstand the damage like Senju, but their bodies cant handle the amount of chakra.

and obito's katon is scale with madara's only coz he use mangekyo to perform kabufuu ranbu, he make reg fireball and heat it up, then spin it with kamui maybe scale with itachi not with madara

Tsukuyomi may logically take up a considerable amount of chakra for him but he is merely speculating just as you are regarding how much chakra it actually takes.
No it is powerful chakra, the reason why it is so large in size is because yin chakra is powerful. Where is it stated in the manga that Itachi has an extreme amount of chakra? This is false.
