Because that information is outdated and the manga recently said you need to unlock the ocular powers in both eyes to use Susanoo.

But this still doesn't answer my question. Sasuke has EMS and its a fact you need Tsukyomi and ammy to get susano'o . Why do you think Obito cannot obtain Suano'o? He hasn't got either nor does he have two sharinagn

Go back a page and you'll see I posted a manga scan that says you need to unlock the MS in both eyes to use Susanoo.

And the fact is you don't even bother analysing the context.

Sasuke says you need 2 MS eyes to unlock 3rd power which is Susanoo, then that means you have to achieve 2 powers in both MS eyes so you use 3rd power(susanoo). Then what are these 2 power in MS eyes? Tsukuyomi and Amatersu which we get from DB and Itachi's statement.

Sasuke was merely repeating what Itachi and DB said. All you need is to analyse the context and you know.

That's because Kakashi has Obito's other eye,does'nt it seem strange to you that they have complete different powers, yet going by some people's logic in this thread Obito should've had Amaterasu and Kakashi should have had Tsukiyomi or vice versa?
