Eventually Law will be in that league. He's DF is strong, versatile and difficult to fight. Fighting Law would mean fighting him in his room. Advantage Law. Once Law becomes an admiral level fighter, he's gonna be OP.

Unless by the end, he's able to create a room as giant as the OP world and manages to cut through it. But the Gura Gura is powerful from the moment you get it. You obviously have to learn the power to master it, but even if you didn't, it would be a devastating power from the start.

However the Ope Ope no Mi also has its advantages ; Law can control damage dealt etc. and select targets ; because of the indiscriminate damage that the Gura Gura no Mi deals. It puts comrades at risk, which is why the Ope Ope no Mi may become the most powerful Paramecia.

Yes, but like I said, it takes a skillful user to make it powerful. Gura Gura is powerful right from the start. In terms of destructive power, Gura Gura is the best. But in skillful hands, the Ope Ope might be better.

Crocodile is a good example of how to turn a relatively weak DF (In the Logia class) into a strong one. Kidds devil fruit has potential to affect planetary magnetic fields and possibly elevating any mountain or island with an iron deposit or something...

To be honest most devil fruits are weak when you don't know how to use them properly.

Ope Ope is potentially stronger than Gura. EoS Law and his fruit will be>Whitebeard and his fruit.

No, the DF has weaknesses. Vergo was even able to hit law in his own room...so an admiral could prob. kill him.

OT: I think it's the user more so than the fruit that makes the DF powerful. BB has WB's fruit now but that doesn't make him as strong as WB people in OPverse who sawa WB use it are just scared of it's potential not BB specifically. The same way Foxy made his DF shitty despite it being a rather effective DF and Luffy making his overkill with what seemed like a weak DF.
