K11 to become all Jins?

Where are the bijuus going? That's right into K11 and make them Jins. They will then become the most OP class ever because most of them are Jins

Or alternatively Bijuus can just run wild, but then baddies will take them again like how Madara used Kurama so it's safer to seal them inside K11

No you're wrong, they need to be compatible to become a jinchuuriki. Why wasn't temari or kankaroo the one to be a jinchuuriki, they waited for gaara to be born and then made him a jinchuuriki when he was a mere child.

They aren't just normal people, they are compatible to become a jinchuuriki, so not everyone can become a jinchuuriki.
