What i don't understand is if the bijuu are being given to the Konoha 11, then how is it possible?

I thought you need a strong vessel to be a jinchuuriki and i'm pretty sure not all or none of the Konoha 11 are capable of handling a tailed beast within themselves like Naruto & Killer Bee can :/
