Description: The user takes a battle stance while simultaneously releasing a burst of fire chakra all around themselves and from that focusing it in the shape of a brassard around their shoulders. As the fire chakra is being channeled, the fire chakra reaches his fists with a swirling motion from his shoulders near an instant, covering their whole arms. This creates a shroud of fire chakra around their shoulders/arms from enormous amounts of fire. The intensity of the fire is so huge, the temperature around the user is unbearable, causes fast dehydration, and great pain to the user. As the shroud of fire chakra covered their arms they take a shape of two raging lionheads on the end of the user's fists. Soon as the lionheads take form, the user thrusts both of their fists into the opponent's diaphragm, burning a 拠 (judgment) kanji onto their abdomen. At the point of impact, the lions emerge from the user's fists and wrap their claws around the opponent, resembling the kanji. The user controlling the movements of the lions by landing eight punches with fast speeds on different areas on the opponent's body with great strength and endurance to make the kanji appear. The user then hammers the opponent's shoulders with his fists into the ground, making a crater shaped like the kanji for 'judgment'. As the opponent has been pummeled into the ground he bursts into a maelstrom, engulfing him in flames.
Notes:
-No C-ranked or above Taijutsu for the next turn that involves the movement of arms/shoulders.
-Can't use Katon above A-ranks for the following and in the same turn.
-The fire is very intense which causing slight dizziness, burning sensation throughout the arms.
-Can be only used once given the chakra strain
-If the technique is been used for more then a turn, the user dies in the end of the following turn due to the great strains of the technique.
-Burning of the kanji is purely cosmetic

Description: The user bends his knees while he makes a crawl like appearance with his hands towards the opponent. Then he channels a shroud of suiton chakra all around his arms. Once the shroud of suiton chakra covered the user's arms, he stops channeling suiton then starts channeling wind chakra all around his arms to increase the cutting and sharpness impact. The fuuton chakra mixes with the pre-made shroud of suiton around the user's arms to form shape like raging panther with it's mouth open to strengthen the strike of the user. Once impact has been made, the panther reaches out and bites on the area of impact while the user starts crawling the opponent with fast speeds, injuring the opponent's chest area.

Description: This is a purely defensive style of taijutsu where the user is dealing with an opponent whom is releasing a technique from their arms within short range towards the user. The user gathers lightning chakra around his legs and arms to move with fast pace from long distances and swift/agile movements to correctly counter the opponent's technique. The lightning may also act in a way to weaken the opponents limb on point of contact to re-direct the techniques area of impact. The user makes a swift contact with the opponent's wrist with the appropriate palm while turning their body to the opposite way of the hand that is been re-directed. As the opponent's arm being pushed out and the user's body turning into the opposite direction, the jutsu passes safely behind the user. There is a second combo for this technique where the user wishes to hurt the opponent. He may lean backwards on both of their palms with a swift movement while places their footings around the opponent's arms then turns back the technique against the opponent at amazing speeds. For instance the opponent is thrusting a jutsu similar to rasengan with a straight arm, the user places his heel inside his elbow, pulling it downwards using his weight while pushing the opponent's forearm upwards with the other foot, bending the arm. As the arm is bent, the user keeps applying pressure on the forearm while placing his other leg that was inside the opponent's elbow on the outside of the elbow. The user keeps applying pressure on the elbow until the technique has made impact into the opponent.
Notes:
-This technique does not injure the opponent in any way but only if the opponent's technique has been re-directed into/towards him in such a way that his jutsu injures him.
-This technique does not work if the opponent is clearly outranks the user.

Seahorses live in almost every sea and ocean around the world and there are currently 54 recognized species. They are one of the most majestic creatures found on earth, with seahorse mythology being found worldwide. Seahorses are renowned for their unique morphological features. The seahorse is a blend of a host of diverse creatures. The seahorse is said to have a head of a horse, a snout of an aardvark, eyes of a chameleon, pouch of a kangaroo and the tail of a monkey.

Seahorses are truly unique, and not just because of their unusual equine shape. Because of their body shape, seahorses are rather inept swimmers. In fact, Seahorses prefer to rest in one area, sometimes holding with their tails on to the same coral or seaweed for days. They beat their fins very quickly, up to 50 times a second, but they do not swim quickly. They are, however, very maneuverable and able to move up, down, forward or backward at great speed but only short distances. Although they are bony fish, they do not have scales but rather thin skin stretched over a series of bony plates, which are arranged in rings throughout their body. Each species has a distinct number of rings which gives them an unique protective armor. Its body can be compressed to half its normal size without lasting damage. The body’s resilience comes from its structure: approximately 36 square segments, each made of four bony plates. The plates connect to the spinal column’s vertebrae with collagen and can glide past one another, keeping the spine safe. This allows them to survive physical and pressure damage up to a single B rank, two C rank or four D rank techniques, before dispersing to their homelands.

Since the Seahorses are marine animals they require a water source in order to be summoned or can summon a water source with themselves, if none is on the battlefield. If being summoned in a water source they can be summoned up to mid range from the user, however, if they are summoned with a water source then it can only be done up to short range form the user. Seahorses are experts at camouflage which enables them to change color to match their habitat, helping them fend of predators. While feeding they produce a distinctive click each time a food item is ingested. The same clicks are heard with social interactions. This gives them the ability to communicate with their summoner, once he learns their clicking language which is achieved after finishing the training and adopting to the animal. Unusual among fish, seahorses have a flexible, well-defined neck and eyes that can move independently of each other which provides great awareness.

They mostly range from a few centimeters to a meter in size, while the boss summon is up to five meters and capable of protecting its summoner within its belly. Unlike any other animal species on the planet, Seahorses are the only males that become pregnant thus their belly pouch in which they carry the eggs during breeding season. The belly pouch has an oviduct which the user can use to enter or exit the pouch when in danger. Seahorses have a very unique chakra circulatory system which allows them to produce and manipulate water and wind techniques using their elongated snouts. They are also considered genjutsu masters and capable of producing powerful and unique illusions. Since they don't have hands they use the clicking noise as a medium for genjutsu.

Shīhōsu Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kingdra | Seahorse Summoning Technique: Kingdra

Description: Kingdra is the boss summon of the seahorse contract for apparent reasons. Other than the majestic and distinguishing looks, it is the only one with two completely unique abilities. Kingdra is the biggest of the seahorses, their protector and so called ruler of the seven seas. Kingdra is a large seahorse with a tightly curled tail. It is covered in blue scales except for its yellow, compact belly scales. There are thin spines with a single branch atop its head and thin, white fins under its cheeks. Its thin snout is powerful, allowing streams of water jets with devastating power to be fired. Its long and elongated snout is also capable of producing loud and painful clicks which are usually used for communication and genjutsu induction. Two-pronged fins extend slightly past its cheeks. On its back is a white fin supported by thin, blue spines similar to the ones on its head. The small fin on the back is capable of flapping at great speed but doesn't add to its battle prowess. It's mostly used for quick maneuvers and for hovering in a specific position within the water source. Being the largest seahorse with the height of 5 meters, it also has the biggest breeding pouch capable of carrying two instead of a single person, unlike the rest of the seahorses. During battle, Kingdra uses its snout to create a powerful S-Rank illusion where the water source that Kingdra is in, starts boiling and vaporizing while at the same time condensing and forming around the opponent and around his bare flesh and clothing. However, unlike the water around Kingdra, the newly forming water is very dense and has much more pressure, restricting the opponents movements and making him feel like he is on the bottom of an ocean, with the pressure of 10km of water above him pressuring his body. Once the water completely vaporizes, Kingdra reverts back to the depths of its ocean. Being a mere but powerful illusion, in reality the opponent is feeling the same effects but Kingdra is still safe within its water source. Depending on the situation and the flow of the battle, Kingdra can also use its snout to expel a highly pressurized stream of water from its water source. The rank of the stream is forbidden because it's a technique that prematurely ends Kingdra's stay on the field. The pressure and chakra manipulation are so great that the stream reaches long range within a second, however, once the water source is used for this attack, Kingdra has to revert back to the depth of its ocean because of the lack of a habitable water source. The duration of the stream depends on the size of the water source. For example, with a 5m[SUP]3[/SUP] of water, the highly pressurized stream can be maintained for 2 seconds before completely being used. Kingdra can also redirect it with its snout while expelling it, if the need arises. Some myths that are proving Kingdra's size and strength say that the yawn of the sleeping Kingdra is powerful enough to create undercurrents capable of destroying small ships. It's also said that once Kingdra decides to emerge from the depths of the ocean, with its brute strength, it can create large whirlpools and sea-born tornadoes on the surface. Because of its immense power, Kingdra often hibernates deep in uninhabited areas of the sea to rest and build up its energy. When a storm arrives, Kingdra is said to awaken and wander about in search of prey.

Description: Camouflage is a general trait of the seahorses. Being a stationary and passive creature, without any predatory skills, it developed camouflage as its own defense in order to survive on the sea bottoms. Camouflage works by changing the color of the seahorse to fit the natural nabitat. To a regular observer it would seem as if the seahorse vanished from sight and back into its homeland, leaving a bare water source behind it. It lasts for 2 turns or until deactivated. Dojutsu can see and locate the seahorse because it possesses a chakra circulatory system like humans. A seahorse can be summoned with the camouflage active but it still counts towards the users moves per turn.

Description: The chakra enhanced armor consists of chakra being channeled into the scales that are encasing the body of the seahorse. Since the armor is one of the most unique defense mechanisms created by mother nature the seahorse has the ability to enhance it with chakra. What the chakra does is creating a new layer around the scales and adding extra durability to both the scales and the adhesive that is connecting them. This allows the scales to glide smother past each other and with greater care and precision, making sure that the seahorse can survive stronger techniques. The chakra enhanced armor allows the seahorse to survive an A rank technique before dispersing back to the depths of the ocean. It lasts for 3 turns or until deactivated or broken by an outside source. A seahorse can be summoned with the enhanced armor but it still counts towards the users moves per turn.

Description: The user will channel huge amounts of suiton chakra through one arm and into their hand, this action causes very intense pain to the user due to the large strain in the chakra system of their arm. There the user focuses all of the built up suiton chakra into a single droplet on their hand, and with a small simple movement of their arm or wrist the droplet can be launched towards the opponent. Due to the droplets extremely small size it is almost invisible to the naked eye, easily missed in the midst of battle. The droplet travels fairly fast and due to the large amount of the chakra that is compressed inside it, it has an extremely high piercing power, being able to pass through almost anything.(Following elemental Adv/Disadv)

Note:
~After using this the users suiton is limited to A rank for this turn and the next.
~The droplet travels a little faster than a chakra infused kunai
~Channeling the large amounts of chakra to create the droplet causes very intense pain to the user due to the large strain on the chakra system, but no lasting damage

The user will then throw a scroll at the target that will open and unseal a giant piece of block that will then drop the target at high speeds towards the ground and will crush them flat. In reality the target is numb and remaining still, and will then lose balance when they are flattened by the block, and the user has a chance to launch a counter strike.

The user will mess with the target’s chakra that is flow through the optical nerve, where the user makes techniques appear different. In terms, when the caster uses a Fire technique they will see a Water technique being used instead, or if the user uses a Lighting technique it will appear as Wind Release Technique etc. This will only work on the basic 5 elements and not customs elements or kekkai genkai elements as the Genjutsu main purpose is the opposite element being used by the catser. In the terms of sound, they will hear the move as the opposite element as well, where a Lighting Changes to Wind via the Sight effect, they will hear a Wind release move.

Description: The user outsources a considerable amount of chakra from their body. The chakra starts to swirl around the user and form a transparent white dragon around them. The user then brings their hands to one side of their hip. Their knuckles are curled with their palms facing one another in a parallel manner. The hands are then thrust forward and pulling them farther apart so one hand is perpendicular to the abdomen and the other perpendicular to the user's head. The dragon swirls around the user quickly trailing up his arms. The chakra is released from the dragon causing a blinding light. The released chakra hits the opponent. On first impact, nothing seems to happen to the opponent besides a crater shaped like a wake. Then the effect kicks in. When the chakra was released the user, refined it and sharpened it so that when it hits the opponent it will leave them with deep and severe cuts causing a mist of blood to be lifted up into the air.

This lets the opponent be causing in the horizontal tornado causing more damage.

Once the target comes into view, the user has the shuriken hit as many vital points of mobility to bring the target down. Then, the user whips a blast of wind towards the user's neck, either slitting their throat or decapitating them. Also, the user can distract the target before making an attack to prevent a counter-attack of some kinds.

 Declined  Reword this description. You make it seem its unavoidable or impossible to detect or hear. Also, why would you want to slit your own neck? Rewrite​

(Suiton: Puresshaa Kyuu No Jutsu) Water Release: Pressure Sphere Technique

Description:
After forming the needed two hand signals, the user creates a large sphere of water in front of them. They repeatedly shrink the sphere and add more water to it to make the water pressure inside harder than steel, turning it a dark blue colour. The user then blasts the sphere of water towards their target. If the sphere makes impact, the attack causes impact damage so high it can shatter the bones of most shinobi. If this fails to incapacitate them, the user can manipulate the sphere once it disperses to create a water orb around the target that can drown or crush anything inside by shrinking to minuscule levels.
This technique is rarely used without a pre-existing water source nearby due to the great amount of water needed to form the sphere with enough pressure to work. This sphere can also be used to create or fuel other water ninjutsu.

Description:
Using the same principle of Shuriken Shadow Clone, the user creates a thousand shadow clones from one Flash Bomb, all exploding at once. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on Flash Bombs, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, the resulting Flash is just as lethal. The user can increases it's strength by using a Earth Release to create a dome of complete darkness. After using this jutsu, the enemies eyes are usually damaged greatly as their eyes are exposed to such a powerful light after being in the dark. However, this technique is a double edged sword as the user must cover his eyes before activating it.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-match.
- Doesn't do any physical damage, but will leave the target dazed due to the multiple flash bombs.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.

-Declined- This can already by done by the Shuriken Shadow Clone technique, you can just take out a kunai attached to a flash bomb and replicate it, like how it's done with explosive tagged kunais, also this doesn't affect doujutsu users, since the flash is not released from pure chakra.

Description: This is a very unique genjutsu, only known by some of the most dangerous genjutsu users of the ninja world. It was classified as a forbidden art in some villages. It was originally created by a genjutsu master who excelled beyond the ranks of a ‘shinobi’, instead he was called a ‘wizard’ for his bizarre techniques. Before dying, he passed down his most unique jutsus down to his many family members and most trusted allies. To use this, the user must first perform 3 hand seals, at the end of the last hand seal; the user will release his chakra into the chakra flow of an enemy. This genjutsu lies dormant within the chakra system of an enemy for 2 turns. It is only release when an enemy begins to mold elemental chakra that is release from the body only. It can be a Fire, Lighting, and Wind, Water or even earth. If it is used on the body, or release from the body it’ll work. The victim’s elemental jutsu won’t back fire, but it will go haywire from his perspective. If the victim tries to mold his lighting chakra, the weakness of lighting; which is wind will be release. If the victim tries to mold his wind chakra, the weakness of wind; fire will be release. If the victim tries to mold his fire chakra, the weakness of fire; water will be release. If the victim tries to mold his water chakra, the weakness of water; earth will be release. If the victim tries to mold his earth chakra, the weakness of earth; lighting will be release. He would see these being release instead, and also feel it. He will feel the heat if a wind jutsu is release, the wetness if a fire jutsu is release and so on. Description: Orbital was created by sky ninjas from the land of the sky. The ninjas from the land of the sky made various constructs to fight against the konoha ninjas, of the leaf village after their terrible lost in the second ninja world war. Several scientists died in the midst of their experiments mainly because they didn’t had the technology to make these equipments, and sooner or later they gave up on it; either by choice or died trying. Years after ninjas found out a way to use this device, the same way the “Winged Mechanical Device” work, by constantly inserting chakra into orbital. Orbital is a special chakra based construct made out of the strongest type of iron found. Without chakra, it is useless and so it forever needs a living chakra source to work, and it cannot receive chakra from the user if they are over 14 meters away (Meaning long range, if orbital reaches beyond mid-range, he will momentarily shut down). Orbital has various purposes in battles. He is always strap on to the users back (unless the user took it off for some weird reason) and a small connector wire from orbital is latch on to the back of the user’s neck. That is used to basically ‘monitor’ the users chakra system, to quickly detect if he is in a genjutsu, or any sort of foreign chakra has entered his body. Orbital was also equipped with a strange type of metal, much thicker and stronger than a kunai or katana. Whenever foreign chakra is around the user, short range of the user this metal will vibrate. Basically, the entire body of orbital will start to vibrate. Giving the user a small indication of foreign chakra around him. Unfortunately orbital wasn’t created to use any type of elemental chakra, no matter what happens or how it is modified. After 5 turns of being used in battle, and the connector wire being latch on to the back of the user’s neck, the user will be able to understand the language (frequency) orbital is resonating from the vibration of his body. Making orbital like a second eye, to help alert the user of immediate danger around the user.

As the chakra into that water, the user will clap his hands causing a near translucent 'bridge of water to connect from the water to the user's desired location. The user will then hold his dominant hand in the air and extend his index finger. Using his index finer, the user will rotate his finer clockwise causing the 'bridge to begin to pin causing a suction of sorts to occur. Due to the suction of the wind entering the water, the water from that water source or the incoming water attack can be redirected to another location. Redirection occurs when the user points his index finger anywhere besides at the opponent. The 'bridge' acts as an aqueduct delivering water from one place to another which can be used to block incoming attacks or simply to show off.

The sphere has a small opening at it's center which acts as a two way vacuum. Releasing fire form it's tail end and taking in fire or wind attacks from it's front. When the two sides collide, the sphere "implodes" upon itself causing a fiery explosion. When this jutsu collides with a wind jutsu, the explosion extends to long range leaning away from the user. (B Rank wind and below) When this jutsu collides with a fire jutsu the explosion doesn't extend in either direction, it just collides in the middle. If the user or the opponent is short range from this they could get burnt. (Works on equal or lower fire jutsu)

As shown in the picture at the top it is simply a bandage. To an extent that is true, god's papyrus is an extremely long bandage that warps around the user's body. But the trick to this weapon is it is a living object. Similar to how kisame's sword acts on it's own will and interacts with the user. God's papyrus is able to do the same. But nothing in life is free, in order for the bandages to move about freely, the user has to give up a portion of his chakra. Willingly or unwillingly, if god's papyrus is attached to the user, it will take chakra from the user's body. As stated earlier God's papyrus is a living object and it can move about at it's own will. Through intense training it can grow accustomed to the user and act as an extension of his own body parts. God's papyrus is approximately 15 meters long. 5 of it's meters wrap around the user's body and the other 10 can be used for what ever purposes. Being a gift from god, god's papyrus is not made of any normal material. Being made of the a strong fiber and the user's chakra god's papyrus is indestructible. The bandages have 4 main outlets on the user's body. His left and right feet and his left and right hands. Due to this, these body parts are left bare and open for attacks or other purposes. On each end of these bandages as well as the outlet body parts is a small mark which conjoins the bandages with the user. There chakra systems and thoughts. But they are still two different beings, capable of acting on there own will. A minor drawback to these bandages is if the user runs out of chakra the bandages "die" so to speak. (Just resting) But all coins have a flip side, when the bandages die whatever was stored inside the bandages goes back into the user's body. The last and probably most basic ability of God's papyrus is it's indestructible bond with the user. As long as the bandages have chakra stored inside them, they are indestructible and can't be ripped through basic attacks. (Taijutsu and Weapons) The bandages are conjoined to the user both through chakra and body meaning the user's body is able to resist weaponry based attacks in areas covered by bandages. The bandages are capable of thought and acts like a conscience to the user. All memories and knowledge the user has are linked to the bandages.

-Backwards Compatible, so anything that is stored within the bandages can be reverted back to the user.

-God's Papyrus is a living being (Is able to move on it's own)

-Declined- First of all, it's declined because of that last C-rank technique, with that your submission is 4 techniques in total and your techniques all should be automatically declined, it's a technique that should be submitted after the weapon is approved, the problem with the weapon is that i don't get what you are going to do with that chakra stored in it, like can it get you out of genjutsu? can it detect being inside a genjutsu? can you store techniques inside of it and release them at your opponent?.

The user would open a variant of the space time barrier as they slash in to the opponent, teleporting the slashed region itself, so it would remove that entire portion of the body that was slashed leaving a slash shaped gap where the opponents flesh, bones, and veins were once.

On there next turn the user makes another four handseals and stamps there foot on the ground forcing fire chakra in to the ground that remains dormant again. Then finally on the third turn, the user will be able to call the technique with two simple hand gestures, firstly he will raise his hand, causing a pillar of fire to raise all around the opponent encasing him in a hollow circle of fire chakra two meters in diameter and high enough to reach the clouds and to prevent his escape. Then by bringing his hand down again, the lightning in the clouds which has been attracting natural lightning, aided by the tall fire pillar heating the clouds rapidly. Would rapidly drop on the opponent at the speed of sound appearing as a spear of lightning that drops through the fire, this technique utterly destroys the earth on contact. Leaving a huge crater.

Description: Jurassic Materialization is a special Kaguya technique that allows the user to create tools based on the bone structures of prehistoric dinosaurs. By channeling their chakra to any part of their skeletal structure, the user can force a cluster of bones to explode from their body as they take the shape of a specific part of a dinosaur, allowing the user to utilize a prehistoric tool during battle. The forming of the tool is near instantaneous, and the size of the tool created is up to the user as long as it sticks within the techniques capabilities. Just like many other Kaguya techniques the bone density of the tools can be manipulated allowing the user to create highly dense tools that can make for a strong offense or defense. The user can create the skull of a Tyrannosaurus, Torosaurus, the skull and neck a Brachiosaurus, the wings of a Pterosaur, and the tail of an Ankylosaurus. The tools can be wielded as weapons, created as an extension of the users limb, or created as an extra limb where the user then operates it through bone manipulation. When created and wielded as a weapon the tool lasts until destroyed, but if created as an extension of a limb or as an extra limb then the tool disintegrates after being used. Description: After performing a unique hand seal that only requires 1 hand, an ok hand sign with the middle and ring finger crossed, a special A ranked 3 line seal appears on the thumb extended down to the pointer and middle fingers as the user holds their hand like a gun. By channeling chakra to the pointer and middle fingertips before bending their thumb, the user can fire out pure chakra which acts as a vessel for a fūin kanji meaning "Weapons". The pure chakra acts and moves the same way as fired bullets do in terms of speed, even taking on a 4 inch bullet shape as it travels in the direction it was fired in, and can only be seen by dojutsu users or sensed by sensors. Once the chakra comes within 3m of a foreign chakra source in front of them, the kanji for "Weapons" will appear before releasing a single highly condensed chakra coated medieval weapon that continues at the same velocity as the fired chakra. Description: Inanimate Possession is special Fūin seal that revolves around sealing a link within an inanimate or non animal organic vessel. The seal can be created after the user performs 1 hand seal and places there blood on the medium, where a 2 foot circle of kanji swiftly forms, creating a 3ft. featureless humanoid doll that rises out of the kanji circle made of the material the seal was made on. The seal then vanishes from the ground and reappears within the doll activating it, causing slits to open up revealing pitch black beady eyes. Part of the seal allows the doll to operate at the creators best physical ability if they were a taijutsu master, if they already are then the doll and creator move at the same level when it comes to physical performance, also the doll is able to perform all basic taijutsu known to the creator. The doll can reform as long as the whole medium hasn't been destroyed and it is touching the material it was made from. It also can merge with that same material it was made out of for a limited time. The doll also has the ability to detonate causing a 3m explosion that is equal to A rank damage. The true abilities of this technique comes from the link the doll and its creator shares via the seal. One of these abilities is a passive linked vision between the doll and its creator. The final and main ability of this technique can be activated after the user utters the command, Kadabra. Once uttered the creators body turns into a sculpture of mud that begins to run across the ground as it breaks its form, while the seal within the doll allows the user to self summon their self within the doll where they then emerge from the doll's back within their original body. After using that ability the technique ends.

The user will then further compress the fire chakra while increasing the heat of the flame as much as possible, creating an intense flame that is almost like a solid. This can he held in a reverse grip as well as a normal grip bit the flames will disperse if the user opens their closed fist, effectively stopping the jutsu. A second blade can be manifested in the users other hand at the cost of addition chakra and both blades can be sustained as long as the user keeps their fists closed and continues to focus on the katon chakra.

Any other seal that appears and tries to activate, will be destroyed by the chakra of the Seal of Corruption, visually manifesting as a a circle-backslash symbol ( ⃠ ) over the newly activated seal before both fading away. This seal effectively negates any seal up to A-rank on the targets body only one time, destroying it and itself in the process.

Also known as a seclusion room. Upon waking up in the room the target will be approached by two cloaked figures who appear to be doctors who of which will engage the target in conversation. The target will hear the "Doctors" utter the words "Hey, you're finally awake! How did the dream go? Did you believe you were a ninja? Wait right here we'll get you hooked up to depart. You probably don't remember much because of the machine. You were striped of all your previous memory and emotions to see how one would develop in a world of fictional ninjas!" the doctors will then walk outside of the Seclusion room and approach the computer outside of the room still visible by the target and will appear to by viewing and typing something into some sort of computing system where they will be for hours doing so. While in reality the target will be unable to move due being chained to what they believe to be a real bed in a "Real" world.

Or the energy can be redirected causing the fireball to be aimed at the opposing ninja.

The effects of this Genjutsu differ depending on what image the user chooses to make the opponent see, if the opponent sees cuts on his body, he'll feel pain. If he sees a monster behind him, he'll want to kill it and will turn around etc.

Where this Genjutsu becomes dangerous however is that with it the user can create a visible source for said light source I.e. If the user increases the light then they could remove clouds from the sky, or create an imaginary explosion of light from a paper bomb... In reverse, to darken the landscape the user can add clouds to the sky or create a cafe over the opponent.

The shot of chakra, as well as loosening the users muscles, sends the needles flying from their body and out in all directions.
This technique can also be used offensively. By sticking the opponent with needles and releasing a shot of chakra too large for the original effects, the opponents effected limb will become too relaxed and will fall numb and unable to use.

-Declined- I don't think there will be enough percision during a battle for you to do that, and to throw them in the air and have them pierce the right areas, there's wind and gravity to worry about, and needles are easily influenced by air, you have to be in a still and quite place to apply them by hand to your own body, and the abilities it grants you are undefined.

 They can't be summoned. Sorry but you need to form them from moisture and chakra like any other water technique. Also, when they are infused with lightning they will not be shot at the speed of the lightning... That doesn't even make sense and its increadibly unreasonable in an already powerful technique.Also the whole pools? Nope. Since you don't have Y/Y or storm you can't keep the water electrified except for a few moments. The moment it impacts, the lightning disperses into the target and ends. Also, the quantity of water is a bit over the top. Now, the "follow the links if you don't understand" is a break of the blue rule. I'll let it slide this time but don't do that again. If you have anything you wish to explain on your submission, you need to do so in the description of it, not through links or external content. Even if its a pciture, its there to complement and such but never to explain something. Why? Because when you fight with the technique, you won't be posting the picture every single time so you'll need to relay only in the description and its only the description that matters.

The user first draws blood from himself as an offering to the water gods, quickly followed by weaving in the Dragon, tiger and boar hand seals. By focusing an astonishing amount of water chakra in the hands and slamming them on the surface of the ground, one starts "Shady's Eternal Maze". Due to the blood offering and the large quantity of chakra used the user summons water beneath the ground that in a quick fashion, emerges from the ground around the entire terrain in the form of a maze. The maze is intricately designed with walls of condensed water which are 7-10 meters thick each and stand over 30 meters tall. As the maze rises it brings forth with it a thick, glowing mist that shrouds over the terrain, obscuring everyone's vision like the hidden mist technique. The mist isn't meant for blinding the opponent, but instead carrying both a normal and optic illusion along with it of A-rank strengths. The Genjutsu forces the opponent to witness the mist converging upon him, gripping his body to the point where he can't move a muscle, thus successfully paralyzing him where he stands. The optic illusion though is more advanced. The mist, like the 2nd Mizukage's clam, can control what the enemies see in the mist. It makes the terrain stay in constant motion, whether It's the world spinning around the enemy in a quick fashion, or the surroundings closing in on him like a closet. It could even be to the point where everything is simply moving away from the opponent; for example, I throw a kunai through the mist and if the opponent can see it, it will seem as if the kunai is pulling away from him.

Description: The much weaker scale/form of the thirty-six self-repairing barrier technique. Now even though the original created a barrier big enough not only to cover the entire turtle island where Naruto and B were but also a large area surrounding that, which required a small handful of shinobi to produce. This is its diminutive form, like the original in likeness and is formed by the user after performing three handseals, he will erect the much smaller barrier. This barrier once formed can only cover up to the end of mid range. Once the barrier is formed the user cannot move it and repairing can only be done by adding an additional handseal, chakra [-15] and a move slot. The outside lining of barrier must be erected within at least 5 meters from the user whether he is inside the barrier or not. Once formed the user may move freely and by a clap the user can deconstruct it. (Deconstruction counts towards timeframe as offensive as withdrawing a kunai and releasing it.) The barrier is similar to the original in every way and does no recoil damage to attacks that surpass it in strength and when broken it shatters in a similar fashion to the manga, though attacks weaker than it results in natural recoil effects.

Description: An extremely practical and mystical object whose full capabilities are still unknown, originally an ancient hollow decagonal prism which can be seen in the spoiler and made out of similar reflective steel as seen in the second image of the spoiler. The prism was cut in half and the base was stripped away giving it a more hollowed effect. The sides of each half of the prism sit on the sides of the users face with the tip of it being just over the furthest part/edge of the users eyes to not limit general vision, but the farthest strained part of the users peripheral vision. The length extends widely so that the users ears aren’t caught in the reflection, but extends just before the ears to not critically affect the users hearing. Using the basic laws of refraction this will enable the user when he looks at the furthest peripheral point of each side, he will have direct view of what is behind him, if looking at the central plane of the weapon. In retrospect each plane reflects a different angle, for example: if the user looks extreme far right with his right eye without moving his head then shifts his eye north-easterly in that point of the eye he will see the South westerly area behind him. This is physically possible so natural rules of reflection still apply so if the user looks into it and an opponent sees the optical action he will see the opponents eye looking into it/using it. It is simple in practicality, but in order to put it on the user takes – 20 damage, due to the fact Ranpu no Tengoku connects through the skin and attaches. The complex understanding of the weapon's practicality means the user will need have it for a while before becoming adjusted to it, moving his eyes to the furthest point sideways to see/use it.

 Declined  For some reason I'm not feeling this description. I know what you want to do and its not bad but the description lacks detail and some explanations. How can you see through them? What are the limits? Do they see chakra? Also, how can you process so much information? If its like 200 trees each with 20 faces all around...how can you process all that in your brain? Try explaining the process a bit better.​

The user can maintain and control this sharks for 3 turns by maintaining the Snake hand seal.

The transformation is characterized by the user's skin changes, which becomes dark, hard, thick, rugged, armored with scales with several sharp projections similar to the skin of Crocodiles providing protection from head to toe. While covered by this Crocodile skin, the user is not affected by simple projectiles like kunai, shuriken, senbons and can resist any damage from fire jutsu up to A rank, other elemental jutsus up to B rank and taijutsu up to C rank.

Description: The user performs a Snake hand seal and creates a dense forest of trees to rise from the ground all around the field, engulfing it in a gigantic forest. Each tree in the forest bears a single face of the user made of wood on its main trunk and the position of the face on each tree is randomly situated, meaning that they are not at the same level as that of the adjacent tree so that they can effectively cover each others blind spots effectively.

The trees in the forest are closely linked with the user's visual senses. The user can scan through the forest by touching a near by tree of the forest and closing his one eye or both eyes. On doing this, the user activates the wooden faces which he created early. The wooden faces are not activated randomly all over the forest at once rather the user selectively activates them orderly.

As the user touches the nearby tree, he activates the wooden faces on the trees which are on the same or almost same line with the tree which he touches initially. This activates the faces on those set of trees which are roughly in the same line. This provides the user with a unified panoramic view of the inside of the forest in front of those activated wooden faces.

As the user initiated this in the first set of trees, he can rapidly use the same mechanism to activate the faces in a split second on to the next line of trees and so on and thus can scan through the inside of the forest rapidly in the same manner like as if the user is seeing through the forest with his naked eyes with only a slight fraction of second delay while traversing between each set of trees.

Notes:
  • The forest (or the faces) can be used 3 times per battle and forest lasts until destroyed or cancelled though each time the user uses the faces counts as a move and has a residual chakra cost.

Crocodile summoning technique: Demon brothers of Ryūgū-jō swamp (Kurokodairu kuchiyose no jutsu: Ryūgū-jō numa no akki doubou)

Description: The user draws some blood and performs the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon the twin brother Crocodiles from the great swamp of Ryūgū-jō located in the village of the Crocodiles. The brothers are born as Siamese twins from a single egg with a single body and two separate heads. Even though they share a single body, they have separate chakra system of their own.
The one who shares the right side of body is Suijin, who is an excellent water element user. The one on the left side is Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element and he is the one who has control over the limbs. Their body is 20 meters long from head to tail covered by dark grey armor like skin.
Abilities:
  • Suijin, who is an excellent water element user can use water jutsus up to S rank without any hand seals.
  • Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element can use earth jutsus up to S rank without any hand seals.
  • Their skin has very tough scales which is very thick and rugged with several sharp projections over it from their head to tail with only non spike area between their heads on where the summoner can stand. Thus their skin acts a formidable armor over their body. Because of this, simple projectiles like kunai, senbon, shuriken.
  • Because of their tough, hard, armor like skin, they do not take damage from B rank and below earth and fire jutsus.
  • Their skin has several sensory pits, visible as small, black speckles on the skin. These pigmented nodules encase bundles of nerve fibers. They respond to the slightest disturbance in surface water, detecting vibrations and small pressure changes as small as a single drop. This makes it possible for crocodiles to detect prey, danger and intruders, even in total darkness (Natural ability).
  • Like all Crocodiles, they have very good night vision. They have vertical-slit shaped pupils, using which they can exclude excess light, which helps them to protect their eyes during extreme bright daylight (Natural ability).
  • Their Crocodilian sense of smell is also very well developed, aiding them to detect the opponents or other animals that are either on land or in water (Natural ability). Their sense of smell is far greater than average human and below the level of an Inuzuka.

Description: By utilizing the ability to make the trees to flower, the user focuses his wood chakra while performing the snake hand seal and creates a forest of flowering trees. As created, the user makes the flowers to release a sweet fragrance mixed with innumerable number of pollens which has the user's chakra over the entire field. The chakra mixed pollens can be used by the user as a base to induce genjutsu in the opponents.
The sweet fragrant, chakra infused pollen grains when inhaled by the opponents induces a genjutsu up to A rank of user's choice in them, without a need for any hand seals.
Further, as the user will also be inhaling his own chakra admixed fragrant pollens, he will not be affected by any genjutsu up to A rank since his own chakra will be inhaled by him which will enter his body passively each time as he breathes in and out thus snapping him out of genjutsu produced by external chakra.
Notes:
  • Can be used 2 times per battle.
  • The trees release fragrance for 5 turns unless they are destroyed before that.
  • Can affect multiple opponents except user since it contains his own chakra.

 Declined  Problem here: while sneezing itself is a reflexive action its not a reflexive action towards tingling sensation on your nose. Most people do sneeze in that situation but not all. You need to change this up if you want to make someone sneeze without their will. They can always say they aren't sensitive in their noses to that point. Its like tickles or other reactions. May be involuntary, yes but not for everyone.​

Example is "The user can throw a chakra charged kunai and when it is deflected by the opponent's weapon, the user's chakra is simply attached to the opponent's weapon then the seal would form on the weapon".
The seal being transparent and unseen to the naked eyes would draw/suck the opponent's vitality/chakra so far the victim his making body contact with such weapon, which would get stronger with passing of each turn. The seal is a glutonous one and initially would suck -20 chakra in the first turn of creation however this would not have notable effect on the victim yet, then the seal collect a chunk of the opponent's chakra (-60) in the second turn and this time the victim is drained a little of their vitality and can not make jutsu above A-Rank. At the third and the following turns, the seal would suck -100 chakra from the victim leaving them heavily drained and can not mold chakra for A-rank jutsu and above and their base speed and reaction time are greatly reduced to half of their initial self.

 Declined  Still too much. To place such a seal you would need more than momentary contact with a weapon. Also, you forget that CW's and even the 7SM Swords and the likes cannot be affected by this. I still find this quite unreasonable. A tag on the weapon which cannot be removed unless the seal is undone or released? Maybe. But a seal on the weapon itself by channeling chakra into it simply? Its too much.​

Description:
The Magicians Gambit, a deck of cards used by famous magicians and witches through generations, was passed down to Zatanna through her father. These special ninja tools are Cards, which allows the user to imbue chakra into them, like you could with other normal ninja tools. The difference being that because they are imbued with magicians chakra, they have special properties than normal ninja tools.
Once per turn, Zatanna can imbue one of her cards with an elemental nature of chakra.
Fire;
Focusing fire chakra into a card causes the card to act like an explosive tag, except on a much larger scale. The explosion acts like an A rank explosion, which catches everything up to a short/mid range of where it lands.
Earth;
Putting the card full of Earth chakra allows the card to expand to the size of Zatanna and withstand one attack up to A rank (excluding normal elemental weaknesses)
Wind
Covering the card with wind chakra increases its speed and cutting power dramatically. By using this technique, the opponent must be at least 2 speed levels higher to track and respond to the attack.
Water
Imbuing the card with water allows Zatanna to hold a large amount of water in the card, enough to fill a river, and use it as a water source. (Much like how Shikamaru could summon forth water when fighting Kakazu, except alot more water. But can only use water as a source up/including to A rank)
Lightning
By covering the card with Lightning chakra, it activates as a trap, which can be placed on the ground. By remote activation, it causes a large(height wise) static electronic field as like reverse lightning bolts in a short range of the card.
