Reason why Kyuubi didn't look same as Madara controling it

Greetings!I saw some thread about pointing out mistake in Kyuubi's looks.First of all Kyuubi now belongs to Naruto,and he controls it,more of partner relationship.Madara wasn't partner with Kyuubi so he needed to control it,and Kyuubi is good now and doesn't have sharingan eye's that had with Madara,it's all because he made friends with Naruto,and with his free will took PS cloak(should i call it that?)thats all.yohoho

Madara's was the whole Kyuubi, and the kyuubi was a physical manifestation.

There's a difference between a Jin and someone simply controlling a Bijuu, one is quite more OP.

They work different.
It would probably look different if Madara had the Kyuubis cooperation and willingness.
Because the Susanoo and the ninetails would both be his own power.
But since its both Narutos AND Sasukes powers they combine differently than they would if it was just one persons powers.
