The Susanoo Sasuke covered Naruto's Kyuubi form with is his Perfect Susanoo, it's different than his "Complete Susanoo".
Madara and Sasuke don't have the same Susanoo.

They work different.
It would probably look different if Madara had the Kyuubis cooperation and willingness.
Because the Susanoo and the ninetails would both be his own power.
But since its both Narutos AND Sasukes powers they combine differently than they would if it was just one persons powers.
