It wasnt just da sword which soloed, Naruto added his sagemode powers to it.
Notice dat juugo ddnt cover it with da curse mark. The only thing was Naruto nd sasuke both put out their hands which meant that there was a conjunction of powers, susano(sasuke) + sage mode(naruto). Only sasuke's sword cannot destroy da SO6p sword as was shown in chap 650.
