I don't get what you mean. If I'm not mistaken you're asking if Sasuke is only able to use PS because Naruto gave him nine tails cloak. Which is false. As seen in that Manga scan Sasuke is not wearing the nine tails cloak when activating PS. It's also been stated that Sasuke's Susanoo grows in power due to his emotions.

The cloak was a mere augment. An enhancement. Kyuubi chakra does not create Susano'os lmao, nor feed into the power Sasuke needed to get to the next level. The kyuubi chakra does not alter Sasuke's EMS adaptation in any way. It's an external overdrive.

Yet, like I said there's evidence for both.
When Danzo was talking about Itachi Sasuke got mad and formed incomplete susanoo with skin.
When Danzo froze sasuke with his curse mark and was still talking about Itachi sasuke susanoo upgraded to complete susanoo.
When Kakashi showed his sharingan and was say he can take sasuke at any time he upgraded to final susanoo (not perfect)
Also why would Sasuke's cloak only disappear when the rest are still up? Its suppose to disappear with all the other shinobi as well so that's a flaw in Katsuyu's theory.

I do not see how PS is a different technique to Susano'o, just that it's a higher level of that technique.
The scan isn't relevant as Kakashi's MS retained its enhanced form without the cloak - unless I'm mistaken.

This is true, Sasuke's susanoo is standing because of Naruto Kurama chakra. If you look at the pages well, you will see that when he was making the susanoo, he had the cloak over him but by the time the Susanoo was standing, the cloak was gone.
First of all, what is the cloak? ask yourself again! It is basically chakra. And we saw how other shinobi got even greater depths with their own technique when the chakra was over them... for example: Kakashi, Hinata, Akamaru (the dog) etc...
So now where did the cloak go when Sasuke was bringing the Susanoo? He used it up, the guy is good at manipulating chakra and he had already heard of a standing Susanoo when Hashirama told him about Madara and he has also heard how Madara used Susanoo on Kurama, which is what he is doing successively.
You dont need PROOF!!! it is common sense and ability to use your eyes properly. Just go and read it and watch carefully... unless you need Sharingan to see, in your case it might be better going to spec savers:devil:

The chakra cloak given to anyone makes the techniques stronger; seen when Hinata's rotation could deflect the Juubi's hand and Kakashi reserves were increased to the point where he could teleport Gyuki. It can't advance the stages of a technique. That is rooted within the users chakra, and no external factor affects that.
That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
There has yet to be any real, inarguable evidence cited in argumentation; let it manifest itself in the manga, rather than maintaining conjectural elucidations.

But, I don't get the direction relationship it would have with adding additional legs. That, and isn't it a bit of a coincidence that the only other EMS user also holds a perfect Susano'o?
And, the Kamui argument is a bit hard to go against considering the nature of the technique. Even if the Kyuubi cloak could enhance ninjutsu and evolve them like you're suggesting, it'd be impossible to tell with Kamui considering how straight forward it is.

As I so cleverly alluded to in my on topic response, the effects of Naruto's chakra cloak aren't absolute in the context of the abilities some may think it offers. It allows one to gain more power than the original technique throws out. Think Hinata's rotation and Kakashi's Kamui. However, it doesn't allow the advancement of a technique based on any kind of evidence observed in the manga. That would be contradicting to what has been shown. Furthermore, Kishi elucidated that he could make his Susano'o larger after the chakra cloak was gone (Sasuke doesn't have it anymore), and if you look at the last 2-3 chapters, that is exactly what is portrayed.
Lol Okay. But they way the whole thing was being discussed in threads; a retard would have a light bulb flashing in no time.
OT: Ino's technique is slow moving and even with Kurama's chakra, there wasn't any significant development in regards to movement. Then there are examples of Hinata and Kakashi as Transcendence pointed out as well. Also, Sasuke was compared to Madara. It was a matter of obviousness as well.
