SM jiraiya Turns Kakazu into fodder. His speed out matches kakazus and as far as jutsu strength and radius goes i would say jiriaya has a slight advantage. Your also forgetting frog song. This is a bad match up

But Kakashi didn't used his strongest technique ( Kamui ), unlike Kakuzu who went all out. Ino and Choji were non factors anyways. Kakashi had to protect them several times.
