"Simple water" is porous, Which means all energy and mass can travel through it. Susanoo needs to be sustained by chakra. You think Sasuke could tank a TBB and keep pouring chakra to keep it active?? I highly doubt it. If it weren't for Suigetsu, Sasuke would be dead.

Susano'o > Base Bee
Genjutsu would have already been enough to defeat Bijuu Cloak Bee (and Enton ribcage would help as well)
And Amaterasu already defeated Bijuu Mode Bee.

There is no situation i can think of in which Bee survives.

I think you forget one major point here, Jinchuriki are able to get out of Genjutsu by flooding their body with their respective tailed beasts chakra. That is what you need to get out of a Genjutsu, another foreign chakra introduced to your system to unbalance the Genjutsu. People love to leave out these facts in their arguments! (especially Sasuke fan boys)

Sasuke wins. Some people seem to be forgetting what happened when Sasuke unlocked Amaterasu. Bee got one shotted. In case you people haven't realized, Kage Summit Sasuke is way stronger that the one that beat Bee. Saying Bee beat a much weaker version once before so he can beat him again is like saying because Lee beat Sasuke before he can do it again. 8 Swords stance and Lariat are not going to get past Susano'o. Bee cannot avoid Amaterasu and it can be used before Bee can even transform. Sasuke wins low difficulty thanks to Amaterasu one shot. If you feel differently, argue their feats. Don't use baseless arguments like saying just because he beat a weaker version who was sick and not even trying to kill him that he can do it again.

That Sasuke was also much weaker, had no MS techniques aside from genjutsu, had no intent to kill, and was in an ailing body. That same Sasuke also one shotted Bee when he had intent to kill with a single amaterasu. This Sasuke is on a whole different level.

This is MS Sasuke, not the one that fought with no MS techniques. Read the OP. All those three did was save Sasuke from injuries that Susano'o will now protect him from.

Bee wins this one. Remember Bee wasn't being serious either. He used this as an opportunity to escape the village. Sasuke was barely hanging on to life.

I'm pretty sure blowing Sasuke's chest out and going full BM means he was serious. Just because he used the opportunity to escape does not mean he wasn't taking it seriously. He even used him most powerful attack.

That will only work if Sasuke decides to cut off a limb. He knows about that so he will not. Yes, he was superior to a novice, ailing, not willing to kill Sasuke. Not very impressive, especially since he was the one who had to run away in the end.
