Bee has shown speed and agility skills to match the raikage. With chakra V1 chakra cloak, bee might even manage to dodge amaterasu. V2 is also a great way for bee to increase his speed, his defense and his power but still keep the human form(more or less). He could even use chakra arms and projections to protect himself against other atacks, or dodge them as well.
However, bee, in order to achieve full power, must enter bijuu mode, which will result in great vulnerability and less speed.

Sasuke, on the other hands, has a also a great defense technique, the susanoo. The susanoo can be used to atack as well, with powerful atacks. Sasuke also has his enton, which is great advantage against bee's bijuu mode. Plus, sasuke is very fast, and his sharingan can be used in order to read movements as well.

So, this all comes down to thus: Sasuke's MS susanoo cannot tank a bijuu dama or mutliple bijuu damas thrown by bee in bijuu mode. However, in order to take down the susanoo, bee would have to enter bijuu mode, and sasuke could beat him with fast use of amaterasu.

The winner can be both. If bee can make bijuu damas in V2 and use them very fast, he might have a chance to take the susanoo down. If bee plays smart, he could also manage to use a sneak atack against sasuke, atacking his back with a powerful bijuu dama. Bee's V2 strength can also be used to make powerful atacks.
Sasuke's enton, however, is a great danger to bee, one mistake, and he is out for sure. Susanoo can also deal great damage, not the mention the defense.

yea the arrows would be the difference....bee couldnt enter bijuu mode cause he be to big a target....he can go a few tails and stay small....that would be interesting but sasuke would still shoot him with an arrow sasuke mid-high diff

That was a clone, not actually Bee. In fact Zetsu even laughed at Sasuke's stupidity of not knowing that that was a clone. Bee didn't need to go 8 tails. Gyuki even stated that. The only reason he did it was to get a little vacation. Bee had Taka on the edge. If Bee remained in his normal state, his speed would've definitely over taken Amaterasu.

Sasuke's susanoo never displayed such feat(regular susanoo). Remember that with some help, even tsunade can crack susanoo, and I'm pretty sure that the energy that results from her punch isn't larger than a bijuu dama explosion.
Also, I'm not even sure that was a bijuu dama that suigetsu blocked. It seemed to be some kind of regular energy blast, weaker than a regular bijuu dama.

Genjutsu would have already been enough to defeat Bijuu Cloak Bee (and Enton ribcage would help as well)
And Amaterasu already defeated Bijuu Mode Bee.

There is no situation i can think of in which Bee survives.

Bee can escape from a genjutsu really fast. V1 cloak is enough to dodge amaterasu.
To display powerful atacks, bee can go V2 8 tails, increasing his speed and defense as well.
