Range: Short/Mid/Long
Chakra Cost: 55 (-5 each additional turn)
Damage Points: N/A (-10 to user; +10 to Wind jutsus)
Description: The user will send a vast amount of chakra into the air within the entire battlefield. Once the user's chakra is in the air, they will be able to manipulate it to do anything they wish, and nullify any wind jutsu being used against them. If the user chooses to perform Wind jutsus, the strength of them will be greater than normal (+10 damage). After three turns, the chakra will disperse and the control over air and wind will end.
~Can only be used once per battle and will last for three turns
~After the three turns pass, the user won't be able to use Wind jutsus for the following two turns; they will also be exhausted, and so they will only be able to use two jutsus the turn after this jutsu ends

To give me total control over air and wind...
