How many people have died in Naruto in scene that I actually care about? 2. I'll give it a four for the people that were sad when we saw Kushina and Minato die even though they were already dead AF since the beginning of the series so I didn't care all that much.

Look, I like Attack On Titan and am updated with it, its a decent series but I don't understand why its popularity sky rocketed like it did. I mean, it was announced that the series recently had gotten more popular then One Piece which was the most popular series to this point.

So why do you think it's so popular?

I'll make it a 7 because I forgot Nagato (even though his death was lame and TNJ), Kisame and Konan.

But plot shield was not evident in any of these. Only ones I didn't see coming where Jiraiya and Kisame.

I didn't even remember Neji so I wasn't moved at all.
His death was irrelevant because Kishi killed him off WAAAYYY past when people stopped caring about him. He was kind of useless and not a big player anymore. If he was killed in the chuunin exams or something, that would have been impactful. As it is, he died for a pairing and god knows Obito will revive him anyways.

Kishi kills characters that aren't that important. Unless you are in the minority and actually cared about those characters, it doesn't really matter. SNK makes them important then kills them off almost immediately so they don't become fodder. xD

They will all be revived I bet.

I think the show is way overhyped and overrated, but I can see why people enjoy it. The best thing about that show, though, is the animation. I.G. did a great job.
