Could Madara use amaterasu? Did I miss something?

It can be any genjutsu since the Juubi would make the user more powerful,and Madara does not have Ama and Tsukiyomi because each MS has their own unique occular techniques.

You are simply wrong on so many levels. Sasuke AND Itachi both unlocked Amaterasu so they don't each have their own unique ocular(spelled properly) power. It can't be ANY genjutsu if it has a name, it's name is Tsukuyomi there for he is planning on casting Tsukuyomi. People who claim it's just a regular genjutsu are just grasping for straws to help their argument.

Moot point. The databook's being outdated is the poorest excuse I've seen. I'm tired of hearing it. Obviously you need both eyes because without them, you can't unlock tsukuyomi and amaterasu. Having one eye will not unlock either. It's all or nothing.

Talking about KA is irrelevant here. It was a technique that was in both eyes? We know that. But Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu is a different story. Even kamui is in both eyes but that doesn't change the story about Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.

Shisui could have had amaterasu and tsukuyomi as well. She just simply was never shown to use it but nothing stated that he can't (by default, he can).

Nothing in the manga has changed the fact that you need to unlock tsukuyomi and amaterasu. There shouldn't even be a debate about this when the databooks have made this fact clear. I'm aware of sasuke's statement about having 2 MS eyes but this simply backs up what the databooks state because you need both eyes on unlock tsukuyomi and amaterasu.

Just because madara has not used either of them does not mean he can't use it.

Enton is derived from amaterasu dude. enton is just the CONTROLLED form which only sasuke can use. and the most likely reason madara doesnt use amaterasu is probably it can be easily dodge because normal amaterasu like itachi's require line of sight while sasuke can move it and use it how he wants.

Sasuke parroted it when he was fighting against the five Kage.

It was said twice in the manga.

What I don't recall is whether or not only Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi works.

To activate the Susano'o, you need both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi
or
With Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, you'll have the 3rd MS power, Susano'o.

The second option would imply that other techniques would work as well. I'm too lazy to search for it.
But I believe it's the first one.
