I need to get the Mangekyo Sharingan Full opened

I need Mangekyo Sharingan but to do so i need the fire element i only have 3 tomoe sharingan and lightening,also i need to learn how to use the Mangekyo Sharingan skills

because i only have partially opened

Alright first you don't need fire element to get mangekyou sharingan,you must kill your cloest friend. The 3 tomoe sharingan is the completed form of the first lv sharingan. And no one can have some of the mangekyou opned you can only have all of it.

first off you can have half itachi had half at first it looked like a 3 sided skinny form of his full mangekyo and to be a true uchiha you must have fire element

all it will do if you use it too much is make you go blind and I am pretty sure you dont want that too happen

but the problem with relying on the sense of hearing against Shinobi are that they travel lightfooted you dont hear um till your dead

but if you have read my bio you probably already know I have the EMS I just dont use it because I can do better with just my normal fighting skills

but I know you want the MS but the problem is that you have too kill your best friend in order to do so and I dont see any sensable ninja doing that I mean I accidentily killed my best friend Abirzuka

well then if you already killed your best friend that means you have already obtained it and you can activate it.

Its kinda like activating your regular Sharingan but instead your activating the Mangekyou Sharingan. The abilities you just have to think of them when you are going to use them and use um but since they are Doujutsu's they use far more chakra then regular jutsu's like Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susano take ALOT of chakra to use expescially Susano he takes the most
