Well son, if he didn't have the fox he would have had the Fourth Hokage and mother to raise him, plus a still alive Jman to mentor him. No fox no Pain arch to kill him. He would have had more success early, with the same heart. Love of his family and village would have brought him father, faster.

if naruto didn't have kurama that would either mean his parents would be alive so his personality would have been different being raised or that his parents would still be dead but he wouldn't have been hated by the village. so in both situations his personality would turn out different

I get what you mean OP. Right back in part 1 Kishi drew a character personality chart and Kiba and Naruto were right beside each other. But from then Naruto developed and matured due to the hardships he faced and the losses he experienced. Kiba on the other hand didn't go through the same stuff so didn't mature. Basically narutos character was moved along because he is a main character, whilst Kiba's didn't because Kishi forgot team 8 exists. Basically Kiba is still part 1 naruto when he was easily provoked and wanted everyones attention (they both want to be hokage as well).

Are you talking about if Naruto never got Kurama? If so then Minato would have raised Naruto so no Naruto would still be greater than Kiba. Kushina said herself that Minato could have used other seals to seal Kurama away but Minato didn't think he can take the place of Kushina in Naruto's life and wanted to give Naruto Kurama's yang chakra. So if Minato didn't give Naruto Kurama then he could have either sealed Kurama in himself since it was too much chakra to seal all of Kurama in Naruto as a baby or seal Kurama another way like how Sand and cloud use a pot to seal their Bijuus.
If you mean before Naruto fought Kurama and they started to become friends then no, After learned SM, Naruto's base was that of a jounin level ninja while Kiba is high chunin level. Naruto fight with Bee's friends when they went to Konoha for permission to kill Sasuke and get his info showed Naruto skills has increase to jounin level because both of the cloud ninjas were jounins. Only thing that messed Nauto up in the fight was when he save Sakura. Kakashi also keeps saying how Naruto surpassed him and such as well
