The kyuubi doesn't dwarf the frog. Tsunade can only summon 5% of the slug when using byakugo, that summon could be smaller than 5%.

Wow, after today's chapter, the OP might actually be right. I always thought the Slug she summoned when she fought Orochimaru was the full size, but apparently even with Sakura the most they can summon is 10% of the slug? So the slug must be 10x better than the slug they summoned today, which would make it about Juubi sized?

No, Tsunade alone can summon only the 5% of the slug. However with Sakura's help and with the Byakugou no jutsu they were able to summpon 10% of Katsuyu's real body.
