No, Tsunade alone can summon only the 5% of the slug. However with Sakura's help and with the Byakugou no jutsu they were able to summpon 10% of Katsuyu's real body.

Yang Kyuubi is as big as other Bijuu, however 100% Kyuubi is much bigger than all of them. Even your scan solos your argument.

Honestly, Hashirama may have gotten thesize off of the original katsuya. It's still unconfirmed whether hashi is a slug sage... With his Seal-less regeneration( Byakugo variant) it's still a possibility... For all we know, Hashi is a perfect slug sage, while Tsunade is like Orochimaru and had to invest in alternate forms... Orochimaru used Cursed seals, while Tsunade used byakugo. Anyway, katsuya should be bigger than buddha.
