Negative , none of them have exhibit the ability of all 3 haki but Luffy , that alone but Luffy at a higher level . The only va that might be realistically able to defeat Luffy is Garp and he has the ability to also defeat the 3 admirals as well. Remember he rejected the offer to be admiral several times

Doffy is so afraid of Luffy he has plotted elaborated schemes to stop Luffy , what does this suggest. It suggest that doffy is afraid of Luffy . Even back at marine ford akinu wanted him dead because of his potential power

1) Many have gotten burned under-estimating Straw Hat. Doflamingo knows that Luffy is not to be underestimated. Doesn't mean Luffy is top tier. He's just one out of ten other Supernova that pose a threat.
2) Any idiot could tell Luffy is more dangerous than Law because apart from beating Smoker, Law has spent the majority of his fights getting his ass handed to him. While Law is somewhat dangerous, only Luffy has a reputation for dogging the government at every major event. On top of that Luffy is physically stronger than Law but when you look at the fact that Law isn't all that powerful to begin with that fact alone doesn't say much.
3) So the **** what you stupid mother****er? Everyone and their mothers who sail for the Grand Line has haki. You *****es seem to have this ridiculous idea that Luffy can take down a Shuchibukai, an Admiral, or a Yankou just because he has haki. Nevermind the fact that Narutobase is filled with the most deluded, incompetent, botched abortions from parental siblings, you pieces of human excrement are basing the feats of Luffy's haki from when he used it on Hordy Jones's men. So his haki affects fodder. So the **** what? Doflamingo has that too, and the Admirals, and the Yankou. You dumb mother****ers seem to think that haki is like having the Rinnegan.

How do you know that sanji is on the same level as Luffy ,thats a negative, it's sad to say but if sanji was in the tournament in dressrosa he would already be eliminated .
And against akinu maybe vista haki was just to week

It's possible yes, but I haven't seen anyone in the tournament that Sanji (or Zoro) couldn't take out. Luffy has just been phoning it in and yes while that does point to a tremendous level of strength on Luffy's end, that doesn't mean that the tournament isn't filled with a bunch of hyped scrubs apart from that guy who fought Garp.
If Luffy can defeat an Admiral why hasn't he done it already? It's obvious he wants payback for what happened to Ace and Akainu really isn't a hard guy to find. Luffy could have gotten himself a piece anytime he wanted but he didn't. Even someone as retarded as you should be able to discern why that is.
And for the record you have the IQ of a used condom. But I'm sure I'm not the first person to have said that to you.
