Jiraiya, his bravery and value of his home village, his care for his students son, the way he viewed the world, truly believing peace could be attained

Minato, his value for both his village and his family, being a calm, collected, and mature hokage, even though his age should say otherwise.

Hiruzen, the way he viewed all of the villagers as his family, willing to sacrifice his own life for those in the village, he seemed a very kind and compassionate leader, also his sympathy for the Uchiha, and respecting Itachi's wishes.
