-Nagato has sensing Abilities, therefore he can sense up the buildup of amaterasu and absorb it with preta the second it touches it's body.
-Hinata confirmed that amaterasu is made of chakra; preta absorbs chakra
-Cerebus > All sasuke snakes
-Susano'o arrows are dispelled with ST, or absorbed with PReta barrier.
-Chidori variants are absorbed with preta contact or barrier
-Nagato uses BT on Sasuke to draw him and susano'o in, then Preta's susano'o while blasting and restraining sasuke with Asura limbs
-Sasuke's Katons are defeated by Nagato's Suitons
-Gedo Soul dragon rips out sasuke's soul

Umm Because ST is easier to use, and quicker, Kabuto most likely didn't realize this, and just decided to use ST wheras Nagato knows about his own techniques :|

Umm Susano'o is made entirely of chakra, saying it can't be absorbed because it happened to appear near Nagato is ludicrous,

Because Kabuto isn't nagato. Kabuto doesn't Have a rinegan. And, That's the first time kabuto used the rinnegan. You can try retort with the old "kabuto studied everyone and knew blah blah", but the fact is he gave madara full control of a body he gave him. IF kabuto knew all these stuff, he'd not have to relinquish his control to madara. TL;DR; Kabuto is no proof amaterasu can't be preta'd. Hinata said it was chakra so it's getting absorbed.

There people go with saying he didn't have good knowledge on the Rinnagans Ability again well Kabuto sure used it Perfectly on Naruto... Also the Preta orb was never let down so when Itachi Susanoo got remotely close to Nagato it should have been absorbed regardless... Thats scan does not prove Madara getting his Susanoo absorb that aura around him was the Gumbai aura look here...
