-Preta Path can absorb Bijuu Dama and Naruto's cloak as they are chakra, will that ever be a good idea to try in a fight? No.

-CT isn't made of chakra, it lets Nagato create an orb with a gravitational force that pulls rocks toward it. Next you'll be saying Shinra Tensei is chakra. Same with Kamui, its not made of chakra, it opens a portal to another dimension. Bijuu aren't just pure chakra, they are chakra given a real physical form with Yin Release (Can't absorb this physical form as its not chakra) and given life via Yang Release.

Preta is absorbing Susanoo as its chakra. Simple as that.

Man, I am always disputed on who wins this. Second Amaterasu's built up is close to none. Even Nagato couldn't sense it. What spawns on the target, isn't getting absorbed. But, on the other hand, Nagato can close in and absorb the entire Susano'o. CT isn't doing jack here, as this is one move that kills Nagato.

It's Petra Path that makes the difference.
