You really don't know how Amaterasu works. Focusing chakra in the eye and spawning the flames is what causes strain on the eye. Its not broken up into "uses" in that sense.

I know exactly how amaterasu works. it is you who is unclear. Amaterasu spawns where ever the user is looking. thus sasuke is staying just out of itachi's view. because he is turning it makes amaterasu on multiple targets. it is still only one amaterasu. sasuke does the same in the fight vs kabuto

Amaterasu and susanoo arrows are faster than jinton so Sasuke and Itachi will kill them first before Onoki and Muu have a chance to take them out.

Muu might be a sensor but so is Karin and neither has the speed to evade amaterasu. Muu can go invisible but then he won't be able to go on the offensive.

It worked on Gaara's Susanoo and Gaara manipulated easily because of how light it was, except this time Susanoo is so heavy the Uchiha Bros won't be able to move it. Mu can from above Jinton both.

i think kages win this. Depends on distance and intel though.
Amterasu is short range jutsu and besides if one of kages sacrifices himself to ensure one big enton charge both bros will die there. Ohnoki already fought against 5 legged susano. Susano isn't an issue for him and through in mu and it only gets easier. If they keep their distance uchihas arsenal becomes meaningless.. jinton kills them in the end..

Mu and Onoki win if the fight is long , Sasuke's and Itachi's eyes will become weaks because the MS hasn't infinite use like the EMS and i think that a fight against Mû and Onoki would be hard and long. But Itachi can beat Mû or Onoki in 1 VS 1 , but he can't beat them if Mu and Onoki are together.
And Sasuke MS can't beat Mû or Onoki in 1 VS 1 , and even if he is with Itachi , they can't beat the two Tsuchikage if they are together , because i have explain this previously.

Mu was the strongest Edo Tensei below Madara during the 4th shinobi war first part , he was a very powerful Kage , he was stronger than the Nidaime Mizukage but he is died because the Nidaime Mizukage has used suicid attack against him like Cell against Goku.
But in power he was stronger.

And Onoki is a powerful kage , the most powerful of the 5 kage.
