That's a tough question. You essentially draw the nature chakra in the same manner as you do normal chakra, you just have to be careful with how you do it. Furthermore, you can only draw nature chakra in the correct ratio and no amount more. If you think about it, it's there for everybody; you just need to figure out how to use it. This is, essentially, more fair than any other chakra in the entire Naruto series.
