My point is that the black and white chakra have already bonded and become one molecule so it absorbs the molecule. Preta Path doesn't break the bonds formed and turn them back into black and white chakra atoms.

It doesn't need to break down atoms...? The black and white is just chakra. Kurama's chakra is split in two parts, black and white. The chakra formation required for a tbb using Kurama's chakra is 8:2. However, when Naruto tried to do the rasengan with his new Kurama chakra(The black one), he also needed that ratio. That's why we know that Kurama's chakra is split between white and black. The two chakras don't actually chemically combine, it's merely putting the chakra together. Like with nature energy. When Naruto uses nature energy, it's not chemically combined with his his other chakra. It's just a balanced mix of his chakras and the nature energy.
madara's clones weren't fast enough to absorb onooki's jinton,so i guess something on the scale of a TBB would be impossible to absorb before it hits them.
the problem here is the speed of absorbing the jutsu,if he can't absorb it fast it will blow on his face,just like onnoki's jinton erased madara's clones.

Yes it's been stated to absorb any chakra based tech but it hasn't been stated how it does so in the manga. If it absorbs the technique by breaking down the bonds between the atoms, which would be scientific way to describe it if you are trying to approach it in that manner, then the ratio would then indeed be tampered with and the molecule that was the bijuudama will be broken.
Think of it this way, in order you to be correct, then every attack would have to be absorbed instantly. Take the rasenshuriken for example. If it is also created by combining a ratio of chakra atoms, then that would make rasenshuriken one molecule as well correct? Well if preta path absorbs the entire molecule without disrupting the bonds between the atoms, then in order for that to work, rasenshurken would need to disappear in one instance. It can't be sucked up because would require it to be absorbed bit by bit. In other words, if you are correct in saying preta absorbs the entire molecule, then that means there is no limit to how much preta can absorb at one time because no matter how much chakra is put into the molecule, it absorbs the entire molecule.
As the above scan shows, the entire molecule doesn't get absorbed all at once, it gets absorbed bit by bit, which means that the atoms are taken in bit by bit as well. If that were the bijuudama, it would've exploded in his face if it followed the laws of atoms and chemical bonds that you tried to introduce. That's why I said don't bring science into the manga. Again I don't believe Kishi meant for every attack to work on the idea of atoms and molecules, but now that I've provided this page, according to your own definition of how chakra works, it appears that you've been proven incorrect

We're looking at this in different ways homie. I didn't mean to bring science into a manga but I did it to try and clear up the 'mess up the ratio' thing. The reason why I think Preta Path can absorb a bijuudama is because it's been stated to absorb any and all ninjutsu/chakra based attacks.

I think VIZ have cleared this up; the reason why Madara couldn't absorb Jinton quick enough is because he had Susanoo active. He can't use Preta Path while using Susanoo.
Of course it doesn't require 8:2 it's not a TBB. But it still requires balancing between chakra and the wind thing. And if someone stops frs it explodes

But the main point is, Preta Path can absorb a bijuudama if no external factors are involved. The main argument used is that 'the ratio would get messed up'; yeah, that makes no sense. I've used this explanation in a VS thread but I wanted to ge this out there: once a bijuudama is formed, it essentially becomes one molecule. All the reactants/substrates have reacted and thus become one product, so it's:
8 Positive Chakra atoms + 2 Negative Chakra atoms ------> bijuudama. Preta Path does not hydrolyse the reaction (split up the reaction) so therefore Gakido can absorb the product.
